Ocean Breeze Villa ️ 5 Minute Walk to Beach

This is the third time we've rented in this city, and each year we enjoy it more. The units are very comfortable, and the office service is very efficient and professional.

Spacious, clean, fairly modern house in a great location. Few things need to be addressed such as hot water in one of the showers. Jacuzzi not working. Lack of Supplies such as garbage bags and toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Nobody wants to have to run out to the store as soon as You get there for things that should be available. Otherwise Overall a good experience

Unpleasant. Traumatized. Cannot recommend. My 3 sisters and i rented this place for a long weekend. We picked the place for the pool and the hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub and the pool heater were off line. We contacted the phone number provided, i was told its only for emergency, but that they would contact the host. No response2 days later, ( 3 emails and a phone call )We recieved this response “Thanks for letting us know” nothing elseBasically: we do not careThe following day ( 3 days later) we recieved this message “ a kind reminder” with instructions on how to turn on the tablet Insinuating that we are too stupid to figure out the instructions Insulting reallyThe problem was the whole system was off lineAnd remained off line for our entire stay. We were not able to heat the pool or use the hot tub. The whole time we were thereThe pictures of the pool and the hot tub are just to bait you into renting the home. They are only for show. They do not want the guest ussing the pool or the hot tub. If that wasn’t bad enough. The place is infested with roaches ( or as florida preffers to call them palmetto bugs)One of my sisters was so traumatized ( unable to sleep) because of the roaches. That she left, and went home. We killed 7 roaches. They run the place. I am sure there are many more. Perhaps they should invest in some extermination services. Not what we expected when we saw the pictures on line.I did reach out to host. No response

A great place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with extended family ranging from 2 to 82 years old. We hope to see you again soon.

Everything was super smooth, everything in the house worked, communication was excellent and we had a great trip. The house is near lots of things to do in walking distance which is great.

The property was not as pictured — it felt misleading and didn’t meet expectations. On top of that, there were an overwhelming number of house rules that made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing. Would not book again. See pictures attached, just some examples of the many DO NOT do this or that stickers all around the house

Me and my Family stay for 2 nights, it’s close to the beach and restaurants, everything is so clean and well organized, I recommend this house. We have a great Experience.

Was originally headed to the Bahamas and had to change plans during a spring break weekend. Was able to find this in a great location. Minutes walking to the beach

Very nice location. The house felt like my home. Everything was at my fingertip and the house was very big and spacious. I will definitely book it again.

We had a great week! The house was as described. The pool and hot tub were great! The house was clean! The beds were comfortable. It was just two short blocks to the beach!

Great place for a group family vacation! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, playground and splash pad! We had a great time!

House was perfect for a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Well equipped, great location and beautiful pool. Everybody enjoyed so much the heated pool and spa. Totally recommendable. If I have to make a critic I would say the grill was in bad conditions and the patio furniture could have been in better conditions. But if I have the opportunity I will rent it again. We had an awesome week with the family.

House was better than expected- beautiful decor, every amenity you'd ever want, and did not have to pay extra for the lovely heated pool and spa. Location was also great, with short pleasant walk to beautiful beach and restaurants. The house manager provided key code and asked if needed anything to improve our stay (very attentive!). I highly recommend this property!

Very close to the beach, very quiet and nice neighborhood. We were 2 family of total 8 people, very comfortable rooms for everyone. Will comeback for sure. Very recommend.

Very nice place. Stayed there with 8 of my family. They limit you to 10 people, but there’s more than enough room for that many. Maintenance needed to stop by a few times. They were courteous and communicative. The back yard is fenced and there are a lot of trees and plants blocking the neighbors. There’s a shed full of beach stuff if you don’t want to bring your own. Lots of beach towels to use. The pool is also nice. I decided against messing with the controls, but they have instructions if you want to. The shed is also has a bunch of pool toys. The kids loved it. It’s a short walk to the beach. Just be careful at the crosswalk.

I have rented vacation homes at least twice a year for the past 15 years & have never left a negative review. We were excited to stay here as the pictures were beautiful, the location was right and the communication with Mr Walker leading up to our visit was outstanding. I wrote a very inclusive review but got cut short before I could finish so I'll make it short. If your family is even an inch over 6' tall, watch your head and step. There are random steps up and down everywhere. If you have balance issues, this is not the place for you. The whole house leans so far toward the back that my mother lost her balance several times. The backyard is a wreck. The pool is nice but don't expect it to look like the pictures taken on a wide angle lens they posted. Yes they are clear about noise but my family is not loud. It would have been nice to enjoy the patio in the evening. Jeff insisted the lights were on a timer but they never did come on. Once it was dark, it was pitch black and we couldn't go outside. He said there was a switch in the house but that wasn't working either. He said they'd look into it and that never happened. The front porch light was also out and that never got fixed either. Nevermind that the bed in the master felt like it had rocks under it. I hate leaving ugly reviews but it's warranted here. I wonder if the owner has every stayed in their house or if it meets their expectations for their vacation. I guess you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The beach, restaurants, and stores were very close. The scenery was beautiful. In addition, we were about an hour and a half close to the Alligator Farm and the famous Key West. We were able to visit both. Very comfortable location. This was one of our best vacation houses!
