Nice Villa in Miami 4

Overall, the host was extremely inviting, responsive and hospitable. I am very particular, and would stay at this property again. The only thing is that there were no washcloths provided (only towels and hand towels provided) by the host. We didn’t realize this, which sent us on a store run for our own. It would’ve also been nice to have some washing powder. Nonetheless, these are very minor things that did not put a damper on our stay. The property was very clean and one of my best VRBO experiences.

Nice size bedrooms. Nicely decorated. Patio area was nice to have with our jack russel. Could have used a few more pots and pans and utensils but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again if come back to Miami. Host was responsive. It was a nice central location in downtown.

We chose this villa because the pictures online were perfect for what we needed. (The location to the marlins stadium) the villa was clean, plenty of bath towels, extra pillows, blankets. The AC could’ve worked better, it never really got as cold as we like it, even though we had it set lower. The backyard space was perfect for breakfast and morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again

Bedding was stained and didnt appear to be clean. Was only there for 2 nights so made it work. Gus was very nice and friendly.

Our stay was brief due to an event we were working at. The location was crowded. While the villa served its purpose, parking was tight. We were advised street parking was available, but when we checked in at 5am there was no where on the street to park. The walkway leading to the villa had garbage spaced out in the grass. It would’ve been very helpful to receive check in instructions and information such as the wifi before day of check in, instead of the day of while we were working and unable to open any messages. Again, the villa served its purpose, but it was not worth the price paid.
