( Catch and release Bass, Carp, Sun fish and other ). South facing pool with available electric heater for swimming no matter what time of year it is. Lanai accessed through sliders via family room, great room, dinette or master bedroom. Three good sized bedrooms, baths in both bathrooms as well as walk-in shower in master bathroom. Homehas 1,869 sq ft under air, high ceilings. Located on quiet loop street with many upscale homes surrounding it. This area has everything to offer. Rotonda has 5 golf courses. We found a beautifull house with all necessaries Very quiet and good for rest Minutes to go to Gasparrilla and stores But Ian passed on 28th sept 22 and broke a lot of trees around the house That’ s a pity Host very carefull

Rotonda West had long become a must visit for us many years ago, but Covid and Hurricane Ian had meant a 3.1/2-year absence to our annual visits. Our return to Paradise was enhanced by a villa that on arrival immediately felt like home. It was everything the site description had said it was and more and the owners had been extremely helpful. We loved every minute of our 3 weeks stay and our only regret was having to leave.

Nice relaxing stay in quiet location. Pool was just right. Started work on a new build just opposite during our stay which was noisy for a couple of days, once this starts properly it won't be as quiet.

A very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Was beautiful with a pool. Very relaxing and many beaches just a short drive away. Plenty of parks to enjoy also. The owner was great to work with and allowed me to extend my stay. Would recommend to anyone looking in this area.

It was a great stay! House is very nice with a swimming pool! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walking. Owner was the best! Was very easy to get ahold of and to talk to. I was moving from Ohio to Florida and looking for my own home. Needed to extend my stay for a couple more weeks and he was gracious enough to extend it for me. Very happy with everything while staying here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here. Close to everything you need...
