Newly renovated villa in prime location -5 min to the river, new pool& hot tub

House itself is ok. Few things that didn’t go as planned: 1) house smelled of cigarettes to which I’m allergic. Took few days of candle burning and opening windows to get it out. Owner’s response was pretty much that “she can’t control what other people do”2) hot tub was never hot. We got it to warm but temperature never got to hot tub level. Owner did her best and stopped by few times to get it started, but during our 5 nights - we still couldn’t enjoy it. 3) Leather sofa was peeling pretty bad4) Non sticks pans were too beat up and scratched. 5) a charge for xxx for 5 nights for electricity when we didn’t heat the pool and hot tub was not working as intended does not look like a good business especially when pool and hot tub where the major reasons we chose this property.

Nice place, clean but in a more residential area. Pool had ducks visiting every morning to swim and would defecate daily in patio area and leave feathers in the pool. I love animals but maybe the screened in pool system would make for a better experience so the pool is cleaner. Bikes also had something different wrong with each one with no air pump to repair the one that had a flat tire. Overall, nice stay for the money though.

The property was awesome!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. It was exactly what was showed online. Our kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, using them both daily. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We still had access to restaurants not too far away. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Even during Hurricane Helene this home felt safe and comfortable. This was my second time staying at this property and I would do so again in a heartbeat! Love it here!

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. Myself and my family find this place very relaxing. The main attraction is of course the pool and hot tub. Always impeccably maintained and clean. And that goes for the house as well. I’m sure we will come again.
