Newly renovated oceanfront villa with views of the pool, lagoon, and ocean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very lovely, clean villa. Great location! The deck offers a great view of the fountain and pool. A great view of the ocean. The only thing that was wrong with this villa was the microwave over the stove was broke. However there was a replacement microwave that was set on the counter and that worked fine. I would definitely use Island time for our next vacation in Hilton Head.

The unit was a very spacious 3 bedroom. The master was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Checking in was easy and check out was simple. There was plenty of parking. The Palmetto grounds were beautiful. The property manager was great with really good communication about the unit and Hilton Head Island. I recommend this unit.

Only negative they need to fix the screens to condo so you can enjoy some fresh air and listen to ocean with doors open.

The six of us had a fabulous time at The Barrington Arms! The spacious three bedroom condo was perfect for us, our daughter and her husband and their two children. It had everything we needed and wanted, especially the mesmerizing view of the ocean. The beach was easy to access and the nearby Shelter Cove had amenities that we all enjoyed. The staff at Island Time were very professional and helpful throughout the process. It was a joyous place for us to spend Christmas and we voted that we would all like to return next year!

It appeared to be a unit that was quickly put on the rental market before it was ready. The kitchen was poorly equipped and appliances old. The oven was missing a broiler pan and a meal could be cooked on preheat because it took the oven so long to reach its temperature which took over 1/2 hour. The toaster burned no matter what the setting and the Mr. Coffee could not be not be programmed. The slider to the balcony didn't lock and had no handle on the outside so you had to leave the door partially open to get back inside. The slider in the main bedroom didn't open and was blocked by a chair. All window treatments were torn. Fans, which were provided in every room, had to be used in one bedroom because the air conditioner never cooled it down. The dryer was so high you needed a step stool to see the settings. The storage closet was filled with paint cans. Very few hangers were in the closet. Having stayed with Island Times previously, this was a disappointment.
