Newly built | Saltwater Pool | Best sunsets in Northern Kefalonia

I don't even know where to begin. The house itself is beautiful and well designed - absolutely perfect for two couples or a family with plenty of privacy but also shared space for hanging out. The location is stunning. It sits on a hillside overlooking the Ionian Sea. The sunsets are amazing. Huge accordion sliding doors open up to the infinity pool, with the sea beyond. We were blown away. There is a nice restaurant and small beach within a short walk. Nikoletta and her mother were so friendly and communicative. They met us at check-in with detailed instructions and messaged several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough.

The property is just as advertised! A private location with outstanding views. A lot of thought went into the layout and everything is very comfortable. Nicoletta and her mum welcomed us and were available for anything we needed but respected our privacy. Terrific hosts and a beautiful property!!

Just home after a wonderful stay at Baklava Villa. The villa is stunning- the views of the sunset breathtaking from the terrace and the salt water swimming pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Every detail had been thought about and everything from beach towels to beach umbrellas provided. Alaties Beach is a little slice of heaven too and just 200m down the road with Alaties Beach restaurant providing by far the best and most memorable meals of our trip. Our host Nikole could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful holiday!!

Perfect hideaway, secluded beach nearby. Breathtaking views with beautiful walks. Fantastically designed villa with pool with an unforgetable view. You will not be disappointed and will not want to leave.
