New villa Maris with private pool just 500m from beach

Title: Immaculate Villa, Outstanding Hosts – A Perfect Base to Explore IstriaWe had a wonderful stay at this villa – it was absolutely perfect in terms of quality and comfort. In fact, the villa exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. The furnishings, layout, and attention to detail were of the highest standard.The outdoor space was a real highlight – the swimming pool and hot tub were both outstanding and provided a perfect way to relax and enjoy the Croatian sunshine.Our hosts were exceptional – friendly, helpful, and generous. A special mention to Dennis, who went above and beyond by giving us a lift into Pula and back so we could attend the Bryan Adams concert – an unforgettable gesture that really made our holiday.The villa is in a reasonably quiet residential area. We did experience some loud music from a neighbouring property one afternoon, but the owners responded swiftly, and it was resolved quickly and professionally.This is a great base for exploring Istria – Pula, Rovinj, and many beautiful coastal and inland towns are all within easy reach by car.While the villa itself was perfect, we found Medulin wasn’t quite to our taste – there’s no traditional beach, and the town felt less characterful compared to neighbouring areas such as Rovinj. That’s simply a matter of personal preference, and others may well enjoy its more low-key, relaxed atmosphere.

We’ve stayed in loads of places around croatia, and this by far is the best. Hosts are fantastic, incredibly helpful. The property is really easy to stay in, very comfortable, great outdoor area with spectacular pool. Couple of minutes walk from all amenities, including restaurants and beach. Would we come back and stayed there again. Absolutely Loads of love from the UK

We had a wonderful and flawless stay. The home is very nice (good and quiet location, relaxing terrace and pool) and well equipped, Check-in and communication with the hosts went smoothly. Would stay here again.
