NEW Themed 10B Villa|Pool|Spa

The house was in good condition in a great location. Parking was easy as the area was not busy while we were there. The gate access was very smooth and we never waited. There were many stores and restaurants around which was nice.

The house was wonderful! It had beautifully decorated rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and prompt replies to any questions from the host. I would stay here again!

It was great! Plenty of space! Lots to do in the resort area! Highly recommend!

Very roomy and clean...comfy beds...open concept kitchen/dining/living room area is perfect for large groups! Nice neighborhood & secure location, as well as being close to Disney parks and other attractions. Highly recommend this home if you're traveling with a lot of family and/or friends!

Upon a first looking at this house, the online pictures looked very nice with all the bedrooms, the kitchen the pool area, etc. but when we arrived, light sockets didn't work cleanliness was not that great. The pool area was kind of dirty pool chairs were broke. The coffee maker broke while we were there. Pool heat issues. Our shower curtain upstairs was mildewy. We ran out of shower heat a lot because of the small hot water tank in a house that fits 20 people. Windows were filthy. These rental houses need upkeep. They need lightbulbs changed. They need thorough cleaning. They need new carpets after a while. They need to clean the stove better. These rental houses need upkeep and they do not get upkeep. They're constantly turning them over and not fixing things that need to be fixed in between people coming. Pictures online are very deceiving. I think the pictures online were when the house was first built and everything was beautiful and new and nice but when you get there, it's not like that at all.

The house overall was decent a few small issues but the host communication was very good just the pool never heated for the kids and the bed linens in some rooms were stained and dingy

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything pictured in the photos was exactly as it was shown.

We loved this themed house for our daughter’s first birthday. We have family from all over, so we all met together in Orlando. The house was clean and provided so many essentials for a smooth stay. The waterpark was fun for all ages, but we didn’t even really need to use it because of the entertainment and private pool at the house.

The house was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was super clean. The washing machine was off balance and bouncing in to the hallway. Management sent someone out in 20 mins from me reaching out to them.

Property was nice. Front end communications excellent. Follow up when we arrived and had an issue, less impressive.
