The Space

Lone Palm Villa, nestled in the peaceful, guard-gated Watersong Resort in Davenport, is just a short drive from Disney World. This spacious 5-bedroom / 4.5-bathroom villa features a private pool, spa, and a dedicated game room overlooking a serene conservation area.

Bedroom Layout (All bedrooms are upstairs):

Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with en-suite (soaking tub, shower, double vanity).
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite (shower/tub combo).
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with en-suite (walk-in shower).
Bedrooms 4 & 5: Each room features two twin beds—perfect for kids! (Shared full bathroom).
Added Comforts: No need to overpack! We provide a full-size washer and dryer, plus a handy half-bath located right on the main floor.

Starter Supply: We provide a complimentary starter supply of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), one trash bag per can, and hand soap for your convenience. A Publix supermarket is just minutes away for all other needs!
Pool/Spa Heat: Can be added to your stay for an additional daily fee.
BBQ Hire: Planning a poolside BBQ A gas grill is available for rent upon request. Just ask Lynn for details and we’ll have it ready for your stay!
Parking: Driveway parking for 2 cars. No street parking permitted.
EV Charging: Prohibited unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to arrival; additional fees apply.
