We're happy to answer any questions! .. ENVIRONMENT: This property is in a very biodiverse area of the world, you may have insects,wild life, noises, and some things that you may or may not be used to, this is the tropics , despite our best efforts, however this is not grounds for a refund.
POOL: So that you may continue to enjoy a clean pool we ask that the Pool Maintenance Crew must be allowed onto the property to clean the pool.
UTILITIES: very rarely and usually only for a few minutes but it is costa rica … There may be some unforeseen issues with the amenities (i.e. water outage, internet outage, electricity outage), however that is that is not grounds for refund
