Stayed Dec 23, 2025Our stay was disappointing overall. Communication prior to and during arrival was lacking, which made check-in and addressing issues more stressful than necessary. When we arrived, the pool had not been turned on, and we had to wait about three hours for it to heat up, which impacted our plans.There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. The toaster was broken, the refrigerator was not cooling properly, and there was a musty smell upon arrival that suggested possible dampness or wet carpet. Additionally, there were ants present in the downstairs bedroom, which was especially concerning.While the host did respond and address the issues once they were reported, these are things that should have been corrected prior to guest arrival. Because of these issues, we are only able to leave a three-star rating.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024The carpets were dirty. The microwave did not work. They bought another one but it was too small for 22ppl. Had ants really bad put our breakfast on the counter top that's when the Uninvited ants showed up. I didn't contact the host after that it began to be overwhelming for me so i just dealt with it

Stayed May 29, 2024We got a message from the management company the morning of our rental saying that there was a gas smell at the home listed above. But they would place us in a comparable home. Which they did. So, my review is on the home we actually stayed in which may be a little confusing. The home was comparable in size bedrooms and bathrooms. But I preferred the decor of the home that was listed over the home we stayed in. I gave 4* for communication because we didn't get the door code till 4:58 check in was at 4:00. I had reached out that morning about the door code and was told I would get it at 4:00. Then I had to reach out again at 4:07. The host did apologize for the delay as there system was slow. Also the incorrect WiFi password was provided and we did not receive the correct information until late the next day after check-in. We had a great time the home did accommodate us well again just wished it was the home we book online. But we understand things happen.
