The owners have just bought this villa as a second home so that they can spend time with family that also have a home here, they have completely refurnished and provisioned it and are excited to share it with you.

About 3 minutes from the beach, Ocean Cove is nearly at the entrance to the Dunes House, the Palmetto Dunes oceanfront restaurant and bar. The outdoor provisioner and the General Store are around the corner, we hear that they have the best biscuits and gravy for breakfastand fried chicken for lunch. Take the Palmetto Dunes Shuttle to the harbor front shopping, dining and live music of Shelter Cove in season. Palmetto Dunes offers bike trails, golf, tennis, pickleball and a variety of water sports.

Guests will find a comfortable king bed in the 1st floor bedroom, a cozy queen bed and twin in the second floor guest room, and a daybed with a trundle in the second floor loft, perfect for families or groups. The sectional sofa is a sleeper sofa. The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together. You will enjoy sitting on the patio.
