Hot tub never worked The house had incorrect listing of how The bedrooms were set up. It listed eleven king beds which I specifically needed but there were only seven king bedssetup.period

I had family and friends flying and driving from several places. As i was driving (3 hr trip)to the property, i was sent an email saying that the property wasn't available. This was around 2pm and check in was 4pm. I didn't see the message until i arrived around 3pm. No call was made given the short notice to inform me of the issue. After arriving and sending several emails to the host, they accommodate me with a house of the same size in the same community. Great! I arrived to this place around 4:30pm with no access instructions. Minutes later a cleaning crew shows up to clean the house and tells me it will take a minimum of 2 hrs. We had plans that we had to cancel, about 15 people waiting to get in the house, and friends f lying in and ubering to previous location. It was abot 28 of us total. When the cleaning crew finished 2hrs later, they lock the door and we still didn't have access. I had to email the host again and about 10 minutes later i received the access codes. All the request for the previous house, heated pool, heated spa, grill were not honored in the new home. The stove did not work properly in the new home. It was just a mess. The house itself was huge, spacious, and beautiful. The said it was an upgrade because they gave me acces to the garage , which was set up with a pool table with pool sticks that didn't have tips and air hockey. This was the reason they would not reimburse me for anything. In my opinion, the customer service was terrible.

Very large house with all amenities we needed. Kids loved the pool.

This is a hugh house for a big family. We came down for our family trip. We loved that the home have 15BR with its own Bathroom in each of the bedrooms, it also have 2 half baths so a total of 17 bathrooms. There is no game room, but there is a theater and pool table upstairs. The property is in a good location, close to restaurants, shopping outlets, and universal.

We had a blast...owner/manager was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would revisit!

We booked this property for a large friends trip to Orlando. The owner provided an incorrect address for the listing, and was belligerent when addressing the issue. There were no house instructions provided, or information about what materials might be available. Hint: theres no soap, kitchen towels, TP, basic cooking materials outside of a few pots and pans, which is difficult in a home of this size. The home itself is wonderful. There was plenty of space, nice fixtures, and it was convenient to everything we needed. The host was very difficult to work with, from the time of booking on. If this could be improved, this would be an excellent place to stay.

We booked this home for four days for a board of directors meeting. There were about 11 adults, so we all wanted our own bedrooms/baths; we also needed something with a large enough dining table to serve as a conference table with a large screen tv and enough living room seating where we could sit around for presentations. This place was perfect! Obviously in a new complex, as many of the surrounding homes are still under construction, we were a little nervous driving to it, thinking maybe we had bought a lemon and it might be unfinished. But when we went inside, it was just like the pictures. Beds were fairly comfortable, and the pool, which we had heated, was lovely and warm. The only minor complaints we had were the floor was not cleaned well. Our feet were black after a hour of walking on the tiled first floor. The kitchen is stocked pretty well, but we had to bring our own kitchen towels, rice cooker, and baking pans to bake large amounts in the oven. There was a cookie sheet, but we were roasting chicken and vegetables and needed to buy large foil pans to do that. We also had to bring our own laundry pods and dryer sheets. The large tv that we had hoped to hook up to was Apple, and didn't seem to have an HDMI connection we could find. We brought a tv in from one of the bedrooms for our presentations, which worked well, but we had hoped for the larger screen so all 11 of us could see it easily. Those are just a couple minor issues. Overall, it was a wonderful place!

This Home is truly Beautiful! It is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Almost every room is a suite with its own private bathroom. The children loved the Themed Rooms, and the adults loved the Non-Themed Rooms! The open spacious Living/Family room overflowed perfectly into the kitchen area. So we were able to cook & fellowship all at the same time! The huge dinning room table was just what we needed too! We came to prepare and eat a feast! And that’s what we did! It has 2 Refrigerator-Freezers & 2 Dishwashers. On the flip side,… it only has 1 microwave & 1 stove, which didn’t really fit the purpose for which my Family/Ministry and I booked. Since it was newly listed and fairly new overall, it lacked some key essentials such as,… bathroom soap, pots & pans (only had 1 pan & a wok), bakeware (none), cooking utensils (NONE), mixing bowls, a blender, oven mitts, dish clothes or towels, and not enough plates & flatware, for the number of guests in the listing. Now, I’m not listing these things to be negative. Only to make you aware that if you plan to need or use these things, unless the owner updates his listing, these things are not included and we were not made aware until we arrived. These are supposed to be standard items. In facts, in 17 years of Vacation Home Rentals, we have never had 1 without them. Nonetheless, this is not a disqualification for this being a very Lovely Vacation Home! Knowing, upfront just helps out a lot. The property manager did bring a few disposable backing sheets, and additional plates and flatware. They were non-English speaking, so we had to communicate through an app, which was a little difficult and time consuming. However, everything worked out pretty good. I promise this is not a complaint. Just an informative review. I would certainly book this place again! I truly do recommend it. I just hope they have time to get these basic things in place before their next booking.
