NEW - Cheerful 2 bedroom villa - 13 min. to Siesta Key

The villa is pleasant, clean, and well equipped. It definitely warrants a return visit. The manager was wonderful in assisting us with a little flexibility with the check-in and check-out.

We really liked the condo. It was beautifully maintained, furnished with many extras (every paper product imaginable, laundry soap, hand soaps, etc). We enjoyed the area of the property where the unit was located, in a cul-de-sac.

Agata got back to us very quickly on one small question. House was very clean and quiet. Very close to beach and restaurants we love. Pool was always clean and clubhouse also.

The unit was spectacularly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the property and pool were lovely.

We have rented a vacation VRBO in this development for several years running at this point nd this unit might be my wife’s favorite. Well done inside and out from decor to available storage to master shower (and water pressure) Everything you would generally need in the kitchen and lots and lots of towels! We’ll be back!

The location is great and quiet. This property is clean, with all the appliances. We love staying here. The owner was wonderful and responsive. Recomended 10/10

2 week stay, easy check in house had everything needed for our stay.

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed, everything. Siesta beach is a short drive, Target, Publix, Walmart are all minutes away. One of the best nail salons I've ever been to is just a few minutes away. We brought our apple tv with us and that hooked right up in the bedroom. The closet space is significant with plenty of hangers. Wi-Fi connected without issue. My husband accidentally left with a key in our rental car and the owner was kind about our error. Key was sent back via express courier. The neighborhood is active during the day but quiet in the evening. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing your comfortable, clean home!! K,L,B & E

Excellent property, great location and neighbors.Would love to come back next year. Wish we had a longer stay. A great location to visit friends in Clearwater, Venice and Naples.

Clean, up-to-date furnishings and appliances, terrific supply of beach equipment (4 umbrellas, 4 chairs, wagon, cooler, toys), friendly and easily reached landlady, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, community pool, and more. Really a great home away from home. Located close to major roads and attractions.

This is a very clean unit that was obviously recently and nicely renovated. It is well-stocked with the essentials. Comfortable beds and all on one floor. There were a few very minor problems that marred an otherwise very nice experience.1. The sheet set on the bed in the master bedroom is pilled and worn. It should be replaced.2. The cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was almost perfect. However, there were dirty smudges on interior doors.There was one larger issue with the unit that merits mention:The dishwasher did not work throughout the time we were there and there was no way that the owners would have known about this before our arrival There were two visits by a repair person that did disrupt those days in a minor way and there was the small aggravation of doing our dishes by hand. The owner did agree to a very small (100) refund for the inconvenience, but two weeks later, the check has not arrived.If the owner makes good on the verbal agreement, I would rate the property and our experience an overall 5.

This was a beautiful and clean villa that I would highly recommend. Access to the heated pool was a huge plus. The neighborhood is quiet as well. You’re also about a 10 min drive to Siesta Key beach. When we come back to Sarasota we’ll definitely try to stay here again.

The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, with a large television, and plenty of seating space for relaxing or dining. I especially enjoyed the desk for working on some photo and video editing with my laptop. The location is right near the Tamiami Trail and you can get to Siesta Beach in 10 to 15 minutes. Even though the location is close to the Trail, the neighborhood is very quiet and great for morning and evening walks. I will be coming back to stay again.

Like the title says, Fantastic stay. The villa is spotless and huge with a great garage to keep the car cool. TV's in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the huge open plan kitchen/living room. Everything you could ever need is here for a brilliant stay. We stayed 2 weeks and wish it was 2 months. I've been coming to Sarasota since 1997 and this in now my favourite place. Everything from bars, restaurants, beaches, all close by. Very highly recommended.

Our family had a great trip as always. We had a view minor hiccups but nothing substantial. Agata was very responsive.! Thanks you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your villa.!

The house was amazing very clean everything we needed the beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus. Couldn’t fault anything location just what we wanted and would definitely go back

Very clean. Quick responsive host. Fully stocked with paper needs which is not common and is a nice touch. Good beach gear in the garage to use.

Stayed in many units in this development over the last 10 years. Would rent again!
