Stayed Jul 19, 2025House was very clean, the cleanest so far. Everything we needed was there and in the kitchen was everything availeble. The swimmingpool was perfect. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. The garden is very nice and we enjoyed drinking thee int the evening.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We have just left the house after a fantastic week-long stay. The house was perfect for our large group — two families with a total of 13 people. Plenty of space, large bedrooms, modern decor, and very clean. The private pool was absolutely priceless, especially for the kids.The host is very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. If we return to northern Croatia, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Stayed May 19, 2018Villa Lavanda First of all - our Stay was great. The modern villa was perfectly suited for our travelling group. You don´t need to be a big family to stay here since there are two entries to separate apartments with individual bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. So just gather some friends and have a good vacation. No matter if it is for partying or just relaxing. Not only was the house modern, tidy and clean it also provides a huge garden with a pool, which is perfect to cool down on hot days. The house owners live directly next to it and were very punctual for checking in and out. More important they were extremely friendly and always cooperative - so don´t hesitate to ask them whatever it is. But don`t be afraid they won´t observe nor disturb you. We agreed on not playing music outside the house after 11p.m. but I remember at least two times sitting on the balcony enjoying my playlist past midnight ;) So we had a week full of sun, fun, activities around the pool and games in the garden. It might seem as if the house were kinda far away from the ocean but it only took us 20 to 30 mins to reach the beach at punta corrente. And cities like Novingrad, Rovinji, Porec and Pula are also not too far as long as you have a car. So if you want to spend a good time in the sun, chilling at the pool, playing basketball and other outdoor games, while living in a modern apartment I can highly recommend you Villa Lavanda.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were 13 people, enjoying the house for 1 week. We had a great time, the house was amazing, the pool was great and family zgrablíc did a very warm welcome for us. we would recommend the house for groups as well as for families.
