NEW 25x40 Boat Pad - Lakeview Villa & Game Room

We had a great stay at this property. The house and spacious backyard with a hot tub were amazing, and the sunsets were truly spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and made the entire stay smooth and worry-free.

The house had reasonable privacy given the suburban neighborhood setting. Very quiet and peaceful with a great backyard space.

Everything was just as stated. House was very clean. Communication with the host was wonderful. She always responded very quickly. She was able to accommodate our early check-in. Everything was wonderful.

This house is simply gorgeous, very clean and comfortable, had fun at the game room! Would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Havasu City! Sarah was great very responsive and clear on instructions.

It was wonderful ! We especially loved the game room ! It was refreshing to come into a nice cool house after a hot day on the lake. We'll be back !!

Absolutely recommend! We had 6 adults, a 3 y.o and a small dog and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room, great kitchen and we loved the hot tub and game room! The master bed room had the most comfortable bed/comforter, and the bathtub was fabulous!

This is a great property. I've never had an indoor garage before. It was pretty awesome. They had coffee and laundry detergent for us, I had a special request in the shower that they went out of their way to accommodate and I can't say enough about how great these hosts are. The place is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and we had a great stay. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Beautiful home with stunning sunsets located in a nice area of town. Our Super Bowl Vacation was amazing with lots of wonderful memories made. The host was very friendly and available the few times we had questions right away . Looking forward to our next years trip with a longer stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Property was located near all Lake Havasu City amenities, easy to access and had a great view of the lake. We enjoyed this view and lots of sunsets from the large hot tub in the back yard. House was very clean and well stocked for our three week stay. The garage was greatly appreciated, especially in January and early February where temperatures can be lower and sometimes windy. The large master bedroom was comfortable and much appreciated. Sarah and Edward communicated quickly and clearly at all stages of our stay so any questions or instructions were addressed if needed. We didn’t use the game room much but would be fantastic for families with kids! We really liked the air hockey! I will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City! The overall stay we had was outstanding and prices were very reasonable for such a wonderful experience

This rental was nice but lacked a few things to make it a return rental for our family. The master bed was extremely low due to it no having a box spring (only 24 off the floor).We could not get into the rental, but the owner was kind enough to answer our call in the early hours of the morning (9-hour flight delay) to get in.The home was kind of dirty, but the owner sent the cleaners back to ensure we were satisfied with the cleanliness.There were more games offered than pictured in the Game Room off the garage.It was nice to have use of the garage during our stay, but the garage depth does not accommodate large vehicles. (Suburban/Expedition).Generally, a pretty quiet neighborhood.If you are working remotely, there is no desk space offered. The dining room table worked well as a make-shift desk.The hot tub was nice but directions for use would have been handy.

Having two king beds for adults is wonderful, the bunk room comfortably slept our 3 kids and their two cousins. The house set up was great and the addition of the game room in the garage was wonderful for the kids. The hot tub was large enough for all 4 adults to have plenty of room.

This home was perfect for our stay. There was seating for everyone and the property has a well stocked kitchen (utensils, posts, etc.) as well as plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Communication is key, and they were immediately responsive and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever! House is immaculate! Close to everything, marina and shopping/ restaurants, etc. we will definitely save this property as a favorite!
