Stayed Jul 18, 2020Lovely home, everything was perfect. They even had a welcome basket with hand sanitizer and spray inside it. The only issues we had was the pool had some green algae-looking substance but notified the property manager late in the evening and the next morning the pool company was there at 8:30am, fixing the issue. Very prompt response. You can tell this home is well cared for and the location was perfect with enough privacy. The master bedroom mattress was a little hardBut everything else was very nice. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Stayed Feb 8, 2020We brought my children and grandchildren to Florida for their first time. Our new home as my 2 yr old grandson called it was perfect. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and we’re blessed with a manatee in the canal. Lots of fish jumping. We will definitely be back. Peter was so kind and easy to work with. Sven was very good to us and welcoming. A wonderful place to make great memories for a family. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and many activities in the area.

Stayed Dec 10, 2016We had an incredible vacation at Villa Egretta. The owners, Steffi & Pete, are wonderful and super easy to deal with. From the moment you enter the villa, it's obvious that it was built to a very high standard. Also the furnishing and amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the smart home system and, of course, the nespresso machine. ;-) Best thing of the home however must be the view from the lanai - it's to die for! Can't beat having a glas of champagne in the jacuzzi while watching the sun go down into that mile-long canal. Priceless location! Check-in and check-out went smooth and easy. Sven, the property manager, explained everything in detail and gave some really helpful recommendations of things to do in the area. He also adjusted the pool & spa settings to our needs and provided a new desk lamp, which accidentally fell down and broke the night before. There's hardly anything we would change about the house and we'll definitely be back ... hopefully sooner than later. Many thanks to Steffi, Pete & Sven for a wonderful time at Villa Egretta!
