Villa Suero is a modern three-bedroom villa with private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds.



Located in a prime residential area, the villa is an 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and an easy 10 minutes to the historic centre of Nerja and the Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk from the villa. Villa Catalina, Villa Bonilla and Villa Valeria are next to Villa Suero - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are also nearby.



Entering the villa, to one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing al fresco. From here further terraces surround the private pool where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master Kingsize bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and there is a spiral staircase which leads up to a roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and over the town.



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (4.1 x 3.95 metres and 1.1 - 1.45 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

    More attention to cleaning. The table outside was covered with red sauce. When I moved the toaster, the worktop had crumbs.

    Villa well equipped and spotlessly clean . Fab location . Communication from paradise rental superb . We had a problem with hot water and I emailed at 10pm one evening and they sent someone round at 9am the next day to fix .

    Since we liked the accommodation and family ownership so much, we are reluctant to share our feelings with others who would probably vie for renting these accommodations with us. Many hotels and resorts use words such as “ valued guests”, “we’ll be right there to help” but have little intent to follow through. With Paradise Rentals, Aaron, Caroline, José, DO follow through immediately with everything. Before check out, they asked if we saw anything that could be improved for the next guests. Excellent, exceptional, Espléndido! We are returning in 2024 Feb, March. Don’t compete with us please.
