Great location with the main restaurants and bars a short walk away. Lovely pool and outside space. This is the second time we’ve booked with Nerja Paradise Rentals and the whole process is pain free. Will definitely use again.

Spacious and clean. Lots of kitchen equipment. Home from home. Perhaps remind other guests in adjoining accommodation about having a quiet time (siesta) in the afternoon.

We loved our stay .location is fantastic we could walk to the beach near all the restaurants vill was fantastic had everything it was like a home away from home pool was fantastic and we were very impressed as it was cleaned twice within the week .we loved our stay here and will definitely be back Maybe moving the pool table to where the table tennis table is as everytime we played pool we hit our cues off the wall need more space

I enjoy the spaciousness of the villa. It is bright and airy and has a Spanish look to it. The heating system works well. The beds are comfortable. The house is easy to clean. The office is close by and the staff are friendly and willing to help if there is a problem. The living room sofas are very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The bathrooms have no counters or cupboards to put toiletries in or on. There is limited counter space in the kitchen. I moved a small table downstairs so I could put the toaster on it and free up some counter . space. The coffee maker could be better. It takes forever and the coffee is not hot enough so you have to put it in the microwave to make it hotter.

Perfect position near Parador. Lovely Pool. Everything you need. Great service and correspondance Pool could do with a little bit of maintenance to tiles.

It was a nice villa and was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the rooms were big and bright. I don’t think it was worth the money we paid for it. There are much nicer villas you rent out for the same price. The lady in the office was lovely when we came in to pay the money. There needs to be more storage in the bedrooms, maybe like a set of drawers and a mirror in each room too. The villa just looked a little tired and in need of updating. The pool wasn’t very clean and nobody came to check it apart from once. There were lots of tiles missing or loose. I didn’t like that the cleaner came in without us knowing and scared my son by not saying anything. It says these things are communicated.

The villa is ideally situated for beach and Balcón de Europe. Lovely pool and outside space. Air Con in all bedrooms and living area a plus. Good cooking facilites with a dish washer. Bedrooms good size and comfortable beds. Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Villa was very clean and secure. The whole family had a lovely holiday Equipment at the villa should be checked regularly because two of the sunbeds at our villa were broken, the toaster did not work and one of the kitchen blinds could not be opened. Also the pool cues had no tips on them so it was hard to play pool on the pool table. M

Lovely staff who make booking & check-in really smooth, wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Great location only a short walk into the centre of Nerja Lacks a bit of space around the pool (but this is clearly shown online). Parking is exceptionally tight !

Bright and airy, well situated, Spanish look which is nice. very clean. Master bedroom with balconies and a nice bathroom, with a bidet. Garage door very hard to open, room for only a very small car. A small table in the kitchen under the wall outlet. The toaster could go there to free up counter space. could use instructions for the stove for those unfamiliar with the make. The guest bathroom is rather small with no room for toiletries. A walk in shower would be nice.
