Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Kaisaras

Beautiful villa in a quiet area of Nerja but within walking distance of restaurants shops & beaches. The kids loved the pool and as the property is surrounded by large trees it is well shaded so doesn’t get too hot but still plenty of sunlight. Ground floor consisted of a separate small kitchen, toilet and living/dining space that opens up onto the pool area. Second floor there is a beautiful master bedroom with a balcony and en suite bathroom. (Only thing wrong here is that the layout of the bathroom wasn’t thought out very well as the toilet is way too close to the shower! Second floor also has a small twin room and separate bathroom. Third floor has a large twin room with its own bathroom.

A lively spacious villa in a good location for Burriana beach and just a short stroll into Nerja and onto the Balcon. We had a few maintenance problems when we arrived and then towards the end of the stay. These problems were addressed and promptly responded to by Paradise rentals who were very polite , friendly and helpful. The only issue that wasn’t solved was ants but these are common in sunny climates. I’m not sure what the answer to the ants is!! . Would stay again!

Very comfortable villa.Spaciousness, cleanliness, location ( all popular areas- beaches, restaurants and bars, shops - within walking distance. Really good pool area with shade. Parking space. A bathroom for each bedroom. The downstairs washroom. Paint the wall alongside the pool and the sacking above it is very scruffy. Paint the indoor windows where the paint has flaked off. Tiling around pool a bit shabby.

The service from paradise rentals was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, they responded quickly and were really helpful. The villa was great. The downstairs toilet is a great addition, especially when in the pool. The bedrooms are cool and spacious. The pool is the perfect size and temperature. It's just great. Thank you for a brilliant holiday. Around the pool is looking a bit run down. The paint is coming of the wall on the right hand side of the pool if looking at it and this is ruining the overall look of the amazing pool slightly.

Loved this villa, pool a lovey size for our 4 teenagers to spend the day playing in. Short walk to town centre and beaches. Quiet area

We have had such a lovely stay here. Everything has been fabulous from the moment we booked. The staff at Nerja rentals have been very helpful and given prompt help whenever needed. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Great location as right in between Burianna Beach and the town centre. About 15 minutes walk to each. I've stayed in Nerja many times and this area is by far my favourite as lovely and quiet but near enough to walk to shop, town and beach . Will definitely use Nerja rentals again and hopefully come back to this Villa

Villa Kaisaras is perfect for 5 adults sharing. Plenty of space, two outdoor seating areas, lots of shade on the terrace and over the pool at most times of day. The villa has lots of character with lovely tiling and windows on the top floor. Very efficient air con and decent water pressure. The location is perfect, near to three of the town beaches and many good restaurants and only just over 10 mins walk to the Balcon. There is a small, supermarket, a greengrocer and a bakery very close by. The villa itself is quiet, private and safe. A few more condiments would be nice (salt and pepper) and the shower head in the master bathroom was a little tricky to control.

Villa was spacious, clean, and great location. Had everything we needed. We had been to Nerja before, so were familiar with the area. This was in the perfect location with restaurants 5 minute walk and another 5 minutes to the main squares, shops and more restaurants. Beach was less than a 10 walk away. We would definitely recommend this villa and also Nerja Paradise Rentals.
