Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Flamingo

This villa is in a great location, roomy and spacious with a lovely outdoor space. The response to one issue was immediate even on NYE. All communication with the team felt personal and friendly. A coat rack by the door would be useful the weather was much wetter than usual but it meant there were always damp coats hanging on the back of chairs

Excellent accommodation and pool. New shaded area a very good idea. Communication regarding gardeners accessing poop area during stay. Outdoor comfortable seating on the veranda by the dining room would be amazing.

The Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. However the room downstairs was very dark and isolated The eating area outside is too small. The patio table only sat 6 people and had only 6 chairs. The villa sleeps eight. There were 7 adults and two children in our group and it was impossible for all of us to eat outside at the table. The grass was not cut and the pool had lots of leaves etc. when we arrived. We asked for the grass to be cut This should have been done before we arrived. There were a number of tiles missing. The area in the back could do with being painted.

The villa was in a great location ( fairly level walk to town centre , incline to beaches) for shops, bars , restaurants and beaches. The villa itself was a good size ( we were 8 adults) with 4 bedrooms , 3 baths and 4 toilets. The pool was a good size and not cold and enough sun loungers for all. There were plenty of dishes , glasses etc and nice to see dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. Requests for additional equipment were met promptly. Allowed to leave luggage in office ( 3 mins walk away) as our flight home was early evening and early entry to Villa was made possible. Not sure how you can prevent but we did have a slight problem with tiny ants inside the villa. We just ensured food was wrapped in foil and put away immediately.

The house is perfectly located. The standard inside is a bit old but ok. A door couldn't be closed and was quickly fixed so the service is great. The pool is great. The furniture on the patio is too big so very cramped. Big minus for all the keys, and that you needed a key to get out through the gate. Overall, a completely ok accommodation with a perfect location and very fast and good service from the landlord.

The location was perfect, the pool was a good and to have off road parking was really great.

Great villa, nice, quiet location, walking distance to both city and beaches. Great service from staff!

Hi all Villa location is unbelievable, loads of room for everyone, kitchen has everything you need plus more , outdoor area and pool are superb. Your a short walk into Nerja which is a joy , lots of shops and restaurants , also there is a lovely walk down to Burriana which has a lovely beach and lots of excellent restaurants. Nothing to improve , Caroline Fernando and all the staff are so helpful and just a call away if you need any advice or assistance. Will definitely use this company again

Great villa set up, great location.

Lovely spacious villa within easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor furniture, and a fabulous pool. The only slight thing that could be improved would be the food parcel, we ordered 2 large ones and it was basically everything doubled up such as 2 coffee jars etc, would have been nicer to have more variety rather than 2 of everything.

Villa is in a fantastic location. Near the beach, supermarkets and town. We also needed some extras whilst in the villa and we simply text the number given to us in the arrival letter and someone replied within minutes and the item was delivered to us within 5-10min. Fabulous hosts. Villa is traditional style but has everything you need for your stay. Air conditioning that works is amazing and I can say it works very well in this villa. The swimming pool is the largest pool we’ve ever had over the years and it was well maintained throughout our stay as were the gardens. We loved it!

Good size villa with a lovely pool . Everything you could need and near shops / chemist and beach . We will be back .
