Nerja: Comfortable villa with private pool, very close to the main beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Eden Villa, good communication with Debby who arranged taxi transfers from Málaga Airport and back. The Villa had all we needed for 3 adults, but could easily sleep 6. The pool, and the various terraces, especially the roof terrace were all well used. The location is very good with access to the beach only 5 min walk and town centre 15 min walk. Very pleased with the Villa and would definitely return.

We stayed at Villa Eden for about 10 nights. We have been coming to Nerja for 15 years and and we all agree that Villa Eden was the best place we have stayed to date. We had a small issue with hot water which was most likely a fluke due to the country wide power issue, and Debby had it resolved straight away. We also had an issue getting a pickup from the airport for someone and Debby was able to resolve that issue as well. This location is perfect for going to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and walking into town (10 minutes). We will definitely look into booking this villa again.

Our stay in Villa Eden was great! The beach a stone's throw away, peaceful and quiet area, the own pool was so lovely to have! Debby was so helpful to arrange taxi to and from the airport, and letting is leave the luggage when We har checked out. The Villa had everything you needed! Fantastic terraces to enjoy food we cooked in the villa in the evenings. Plenty of space. We would love to come back!

The villa was exactly as listed. It was very well equipped and the host was responsive. It was in a great location up a very easy 400 meters hill from the beach. Playa Burriana has many restaurants if you don’t feel like going to town. The main Town is up quite a steep hill but taxis are readily available. We had a perfect stay here and definitely would return.

We liked the property very much. It was clean, spacious and comfortable . We appreciated the sunny terrace with its lovely views. The pool is small but adequate for a dip and little swim to cool off. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The main area is very touristy but the smaller beach to the right at the bottom of the hill is great. The walk into town took us about 15 minutes . It is uphill to start with but not a problem. Debby was lovely , helpful and went above and beyond to sort out everything we needed. She arranged our return transport to the airport which was so helpful. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Eden. The villa is so conveniently placed for Burriana and a nice walk to Balcon. The children barely left the pool, it was perfectly sized for us. We had a very comfortable stay and found the facilities perfect. Debby was so helpful all through the process. We'd love to visit sometime in the future!

Had a lovely fortnight in Nerja staying at this wonderful villa a few minutes walk from Burriana beach with all its lovely bars and restaurants and a 15/20 minute stroll into the the old town itself. Debby was great to deal with and always available for the few small issues that arose and check in and out was equally effortless too . The property itself was large, clean and very comfortable with plenty of outside space and a nice little pool for cooling off and playing with the kids and private secure parking. One little thing to be aware of for anybody with mobility issues is that there are a lot of steps involved but other than that, can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Debby.

First impression was Wow! Spacious, clean, comfortable with everything we needed (except milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea when we arrived at 11pm - so it had to be wine instead!) Sadly, despite excellent security on the doors for all but the terrace door, the villa was broken into during our stay with valuables and money taken - it was dealt with efficiently but a safe in the property would be a welcome addition. For anyone with mobility issues the steep climb up the driveway and the stairs to the door are a killer! We had a lovely holiday though and would recommend this villa

Really cant fault this place. Everything you need is here. 5 mins from beach and 15 mins walk to Nerja main area (Balcon). There are local bars/restaurants shops on the beach (5 mins) as well. Debby was always quick to respond and very helpful. Will hopefully be back next year.
