Stayed May 8, 2025We had a great time relaxing here. Lots of space to spread out! Communication is great with owner. Security was great and they were friendly every time we came back from the parks.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Though the property could use some fresh paint, more kitchen utensils, and some minor repairs, the owner was extremely responsive. Other tan more silverware and better pots and pans, most of the issues were due to the lack of care prior renters gave the property such as not taking care of thins as if it was their own home.My bigger complaint deals with the location. Though the clubhouse is wonderful, the location had much to be desired. The house is just inside the resort walls, so you get to hear the police cars, ambulances, revving engines, and loud music blaring from the other side of the wall. Also, the line to get into the resort always had a wait and traffic on all the surrounding roads was heavy.

Stayed May 10, 2024The house is beyond WONDERFUL!! The price and the ease of booking and quick responses from the owner were so good!! I have nothing but nice things to say about that stuff …… our groups only issue “ which has nothing to do with the owner and his awesome house” , is that there was a random guy that kept showing up outside of the gated area but still uncomfortably close to the pool area. He was doing odd things like talking to a tree and trying to light it on fire. We called the community “ security “. The situation was explained and… no one ever showed up to look into it, like they said they would. The next day the same guy showed up again to argue with the tree and flick his lighter at it. Someone in our group was able to chase the man off this time. Within about 10 minutes, Security was spotted driving on the street and I ran down the driveway to stop them and tell them about the situation and the previous days events ( again ) and his response was, “ oh, it’s just a stoner”! But he was glad that we ran the guy off because if he actually managed to light the tree on fire, it could cause a lot of problems. So please know that you will enjoy the house and all of its amenities but don’t be startled when you are in the pool and happen to hear a guy talking to his favorite tree!?!?!?
