Muy bien es quedarse corto. Desde que reservamos, durante y hasta el último día:) La atención recibida por parte de Homerti es inmejorable. Todas nuestras dudas y preguntas han sido atendidas. En cuanto a la casa, es tal como se muestra, un salón amplio con la terraza y piscina. La limpieza brilla sola y sobre todo nos hemos sentido como en casa. especial mención a Barbara y a su familia, todos son muy amables y nos han tratado super bien. No gustó · Todo en orden, quizas por decir una pequeña sugerencia para la mejora en general es poner un poco de cesped articial en la parte cercana de la piscina. al salir de ella se moja y resbala un poco pero con cuidado se disfruta igual.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sogar Obst,Milch und Wein zum Empfang bekommen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und Modern was wir sehr schätzen. Es gab genügend Handtücher eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Bügelbrett. Wir haben gegrillt und hatten als 7 Köpfige Familie genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen. Der Pool wurde einmal während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt und es hat unseren Kindern Spaß gemacht darin zu Baden. Die Kommunikation war auch vorab sehr gut und freundlich. Wir hatten genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Abends auf der Veranda zu sitzen ist sehr schön gewesen. Mit dem Auto konnten wir tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Es ist dort schöner als in irgendwelchen Hotelburgen am Strand(viel authentischer). Arta ist sehr schön auch Dienstags wenn der Markt in dem kleinen Städtchen stattfindet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder…Mallorca ist einmalig schön,wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Wer ARTA liebt wird die Unterkunft lieben. Immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür und fussläufig ins Zentrum. Das Haus ist neu und toll ausgestattet, drei Bäder und überall Klimaanlage. Super rennoviert. Absolut bester Standard. Der Pool ist klein, reicht aber völlig aus, sogar mit zwei-drei kleinen Kindern. Sehr sauber, sehr nette Gastgeber die sich sofort um alles kümmern, wenn mal was sein sollte. Und da unser Flug gecancelt wurde, ist ja Coronatime, und wir einen Flug erst einen Tag später bekommen hatten - war es unkompliziert um eine Nacht zu verlängern. Und Achtung. Ohne Bezahlung. Mega Kundenservice. No gustó · Unwesentlich. Aber in der Küche ein wenig mehr Utensilien, wäre schön. Von allem etwas mehr.

Great house for stay. It’s perfect from 6 to 8 persons, small pool with sun beds and grill outside. Arta is not a touristic place but with its own authenticity.

The wonderful town house was immaculate when we arrived with some welcome gifts. Check in was easy we were met on the property by the host who was lovely. The house is wonderful everything we needed for our stay with small family was supplied. The pool was delightful for cooling off in after a hot day. The location of the house is perfect being a few steps from the town centre and all the things going on. We enjoyed adult evenings on the upper terrace as well once the kids were asleep. The house is amazing Arta is a lovely little Spanish town with culture. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend this house for a holiday to anyone.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotografías, una vivienda antigua totalmente reformada con muchísimo gusto y calidad. Perfectamente acondicionada con todo lo q se necesita para una estancia (menaje de cocina completo, cafeteras, toallas de ducha y piscina,..) El trato con la propietaria muy agradable y la limpieza impecable.
