Stayed Jul 3, 2022Our accommodations were perfect for us! The size of the room fit our needs, the view from our room was awesome, and we appreciated having a washer/drier and kitchen as part of our lodging. The room was very clean and up to date. It was great to have multiple pools, mini golf, and a fire pit on the property.

Stayed May 25, 2025The property was well maintained. Employees were awesome. The only problem we had was someone around us was indulging in some herb and we had to close the patio door. Besides that we look forward to staying in your Place again. Lee Brown Rm.4444

Stayed Mar 24, 2024The property was nice. No complaints on that. I booked a condo in Pigeon Forge and was given a condo in Gatlinburg. Not a far distance but with common traffic over an hour from where we wanted to be. Most of our plans were in Pigeon Forge. Was very disappointed with the “Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to keep the reservation”? The day before we were supposed to leave. No kind of compensation or discount for their mess up and our inconvenience.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024Cosy hide away from busy Gatlinburg. Very close to National Park. Heated pool/kiddie pool/sauna very close to unit.

Stayed Nov 20, 2023Vrbo sent the wrong dates to the property, they had us checked in for 3 days, then checked out for 3 days then back in. Nothing made sense and vrbo did not fix the mistake. On the other hand the property was able to make it work and let us stay for the remainder of our original nights at no cost. Very unhappy with vrbo and greatful for the resort
