Located right next to the Snowflake ski lift, this condo features a beautiful open living space with loads of natural light, private balcony views, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of utensils and cookware. Your daily routines will be done with ease as the bedrooms and sizable bathrooms boast everyday necessities. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. Use the complimentary high-speed WiFi to research your next Breckenridge adventure then take advantage of one of the shared hot tubs on site for a long hot soak! A pool, fitness center, and game room are also available at the resort.
Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I really enjoyed my stay at BlueSky, it was so comfy, super clean and cozy! It felt like a home away from home. The staff were super nice and comfortable. The shuttle was super convenient taking us into town. The lobby had a nice chill vibe. I would definitely come back and stay! I didn’t want to leave the room, that’s how comfortable it was. 10 Stars!!!!!!
Condo is very nice and the ski in ski out location is super convenient.
This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was extremely well kept and clean. The view out the main room is fantastic and kitchen had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Blue Sky#403. We also really appreciated the friendly, free shuttle service as needed.
The unit was great! Our only complaint is that the wi-Fi was awful and some in our party needed to work. Pool area was small but well kept. Bedroom window in master bedroom didn’t work well.
The grounds were so pretty. Our room was clean and so pretty. Loved our stay as usual. Have stayed many times before, will be sure to stay on our next visit.
Perfect location with the ski shop and locker room on the lower level and the lift steps from the door. Also an easy walk or quick drive to town. Our unit was clean, the staff was very nice, I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I travel to Breck again.
We stayed March 9-14. This place is awesome. Staff could not have been friendlier. Charter Sports downstairs was amazing as well. The ease of boot/ski rental and storage is the best we have experienced. Pool and Hot Tubs are great with beautiful views of the mountain. Would highly recommend.
Blue Sky unit 403 is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would absolutely recommend a stay here. The fitness center construction was a bit of inconvenience as we had to detour to get to lobby, etc.
Great condo, amazing views, and heated garage! Also on-site staff are amazing!!
Well equipped even had 2 box fans. Comfortable abd clean. Would rent again
