Very clean with lots of extra touches. The snacks and coffee were a lovely surprise, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the air hockey table!



Perfect base spot for our family of 11! The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming after busy days of sightseeing from Colorado Springs to Denver. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home.



The deck space and backyard were so peaceful and serene. Our group enjoyed the gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and how spacious and accommodating the home was.



We loved staying here! Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The snacks and coffee made us feel right at home.



The kids loved the bunk room and all the games downstairs, while we appreciated the relaxing outdoor firepit and the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

    The house was so clean, all the amenities were available (gas range, microwave, outside gas grill, clean beds and sheets, so comfortable and cozy comforter, tv in living room bed room and basement, and super game room with air hockey and tv. One major major issue i has is with water whic stopped exactly when we are trying to get ready. We lost close to 1500 by missing our ride and also going to another ABnB to get ready. Alos lot of chaos, and all these happed on a new year wich completely ruined our trip. This is the only reason i am giving a overall rating as 3.

    The house was beautiful, views were spectacular, we had a little issue with the water, but your response was quick and everything was back to normal within an hour all in all we had a great time love the house. We would definitely stay again.

    One of the top VRBO we’ve stayed in. Very well equipped. Perfect having a living space upstairs and another downstairs. Owner was very quick to respond and helped in every way. Will definitely recommend and will stay again. !!!THAT VIEW IS AMAZING!!!

    This is one of the nicest properties at which I have stayed.The location was perfect for our needs.It was very clean and well maintained.The bedrooms were spacious and very nicely furnished.The kids loved(!) the air hockey table. The kitchen was well equipped.The property manager kept in constant contact with us to insure our needs were being met.I would highly recommend this property. We will plan on staying here again in the future.

    This is a great house with plenty of space for a group stay. There is an excellent living space upstairs and downstairs, which makes this perfect if you need a place for your kids or teenagers to hang out separately from the adults. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was excellent. Double oven came in handy. Nice outdoor space in the back. The only thing I would want to make guests aware of in terms of a limitation is that the bunkbeds have a fairly low weight limit so that room could sleep 6 kids but not 6 teenagers. We were allowed to check in early too which was a big help on our travel day. Great stay!!

    Perfect property for large families or multiple families. Easy to access right off I-25 and just a short drive to all the destinations. House was clean and had everything we needed, including a highchair and enough beds for everyone! Neighborhood was very quiet, and the house has the perfect view of the mountains out the rear windows. Highly recommended!

    Great location, spacious for our group. liked the grill, firepit and air hockey table. Management team responded almost immediately for a couple of small items (internet related) that we were able to resolve.

    We had a lovely time and the house was wonderful. The amenities were just what we needed. The house was spotless upon arrival. Checkin was a breeze. We took advantage of early checking and late departure and appreciated that. Having access to the garage was a plus! As was having extra folding chairs. It would have been good to know that there was no ice maker. Staff was extremely responsive and friendly. Close access to the main roads and stores We will highly recommend
