Stayed Nov 15, 2025Had a great timeHost lives next door and was there to meet meDoesn’t speak English but we used translator appCleaning lady very friendly and also did some of my washingPenthouse very clean and fresh towels every dayThey organised a taxi to pick me up at Bangkok airport 1,500 baht and brought me straight to the penthouse Best get bolt app and put location as nans which is a little Thai restaurant about 30 seconds walk and very cheap Literally everything is 100 baht away by taxiWill definitely be staying here next year

Stayed Jun 16, 2022property was clean and secure. daily cleaning service on vacation is a great thing. around the corner is a laundry service.. no loud nearby bars so nights were quiet. It rains in Thailand and during heavy rains there was some local flooding. When the rain stopped streets were immediately passable and city of Pattaya was on spot to pump out any excess water. To be fair the flooding caused no issues and with constant rain flooding could happen anywhere in Thailand.
