Villa Serena is a modern holiday home in the village Stranici, only a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach and Porec. It is located on the outskirts of the village, on its own, fully fenced garden of 1280 m2, where guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool with with salt water of 35 m2, a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining, lounge furniture and a swing for relaxation ,located on the elevated terrace with with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
The special feature ofthis beautiful villa is a modern swimming pool with counter-current swimming and hydromassage, and an extremely large garden. Parking spaces for two vehicles are available in the yard.

Villa Serena is a one-story house with 140 m2 of living space, and offers accommodation for 4-6 guests. It consists of an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with large sliding doors that directly leads to the terrace and pool. In the second part of the house, there are two modernly equipped bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a separate toilet in the hallway. Both rooms have direct access to the exterior, and they also offer a wonderful view.
