Modern Villa, Private Pool, close to the Beach & San Antonio Bay

This property exceeded expectations was a lovely villa very spacious in a great spot the host was so easy to deal with, cant wait to book in again for next year.

Fantastic holiday with my wife, our two sons and their girlfriends. Martin superb host. Lots of information and always quick/ accurate communication. Quiet location but easily into the action! Everything we needed/ wanted to do easily achieved either walking or taking bus/ taxi.The best time

A great villa - nice walk to get into the main area of St Antonio but situated away from the busy hubbub. Kids loved the pool and table tennis.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

This is a great property for those who want to experience San Antonio, without being right in the middle of all of the party. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus stop, where there are buses every 15 minutes up until 11 pm, right into the centre of town. For those staying later it is only a 10 taxi ride back to the property. The property was beautifully clean and well maintained, and match the descriptions exactly. The host was super helpful and if there were any questions got in contact very quickly. The property is very quiet and not overlooked by the only neighbouring property. There is a small family hotel over the road, but we only rarely heard very faint music even during the evening, the outdoor area at the hotel closed around 9 pm.It is worth noting that table tennis and beach towels were both available at the property and not listed on the advert. We would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed at this villa for a week and it was absolutely brilliant … the property is perfect for 6 people or less and the grounds are great, especially the pool. It is secure and modern and we enjoyed every moment there and would recommend it highly

The property is in a great location without the need for car hire. You can walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. The property is a great size for 6 people, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. The pool is fantastic, very private and well maintained. We didn't use car hire because there is no shortage of taxis and the public transport is really good. We travelled with 3, 18yr olds so thought the resort would be really busy and noisy. It is the opposite and the nightlife wasn't too far for them to travel to. It also felt really safe.

Lovely modern villa with everything you need Clean and bright, super smooth check in, gorgeous pool in green surroundings, lovely interior and well equipped kitchen. Roof top terrace to catch the last rays of the day! Walking distance to the beach and super easy to get around
