Wonderful stay, beautiful clean home.

Unique stay in Las Vegas always been on strip before and would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful clean and well maintained villa. Pool was too cold to use at time of year but hot tub amazing! Comfortable beds and plenty room for 7 of us sharing comfortably. Used air bed and pull out to give more space and very comfortable. During summer months could do with more sun loungers but that really is only complaint we would have. Toilet did block during stay, but was fixed in exceptional time and caused no further problems. Communication was excellent. Hosts went above and beyond allowing use of their private mobile number to allow special birthday treats delivered, and also letting us stay in pool area after check out for a couple of hours whilst waiting to go to airport due to late check in of next guest.

We enjoyed the exquisite back yard and hot tub, relaxing after long trade show days. The home met all our needs and we felt not only comfortable but also secure with the gate security. We appreciated the gate remote! And also appreciated having a 3rd full bathroom!Thank you!

I've stayed in ALOT of VRBO's and this is my first review I've ever written, that's how bad this rental was....though the host is definitely trying to make this a suitable place, we were very disappointed with our stay. The location of this house was terrible!! Especially considering the amount of /night we paid. Surrounding apartments looked like a scene from Snowfall...felt completely unsafe, with homeless people sleeping outside the gated driveway...our friend who visited us at this VRBO is a retired fireman, who resides in Las Vegas, affirmed that we should not be walking around in this neighborhood. Inside the home was ok, except 1 of the guest beds had a plastic mattress cover which of course made noise every time we laid down or turned over. The back fenced area was littered with cat poop, deposited by the 2 local stray cats that like to parole the fence line.

Angelique was an amazing host. Great communication all the way around. We loved our stay.

Had the BEST stay here at the Oasis! It was private, clean, and spacious. My family and friends enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and we stayed in the backyard almost the whole time! The kitchen was huge enough for cooking and hosting dinner. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the shower in the Master bedroom! There were more than enough tvs and we loved the Sono stereo system within and outside the home! My friends loved it so much they all kept the link for future trips! I will definitely be back here again. Thank you Angelique and Dana for giving me the opportunity to be in your beautiful home!

The space was perfect for our group of 8, plenty of room, and close to the Thomas and Mack center for the rodeo.

Fantastic property with huge well-equipped kitchen for holiday cooking!! Great location near to airport and super quiet and very private. Short uber or car ride to the strip. Wonderful hosts and spotless clean! The hot tub was enjoyed by all!

The backyard was a great spot to relax with family, and the kitchen was well-equipped with extra amenities. The property also featured a private gate, creating a sense of a secluded oasis.

The hot tub was nice but the smell of chemical was pretty strong, outside of that it is a good amenity. The swimming pool was very nice. The house was very nice and comfortable, the kitchen was big, there were 3 bedrooms, we only used 2 and both were very comfortable. The bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable bed ever, loved it.This house is perfect for families or a girls trip. The neighborhood was ok but because the house was gated it felt very safe.We'd definately use this house and again and will also tell our friends and family about it.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Traveling with dogs can sometimes be challenging, but they made my friends and I feel very welcome. The home was super clean upon our arrival and check-out was a breeze - they simply gave us the option to start the dish washer and gather the linens (which of course we did!). My only flag is that the 4th bedroom doesn't have a traditional bed, it's a pull out couch. It worked fine for our crew but was a little surprising upon arrival. We will definitely come again, if they'll have us!

Beautiful home, looks as described in photos. All the amenities, comfortable beds in each room. Communication with property owner was quick and responsive. Felt safe in gated property. The pool was nice and enjoyable.

House was lovely. Plenty of room for family. We celebrated our youngest son’s 21st birthday in Vegas and having the family in one location was perfect. Located close to airport, restaurants, and Walmart, and only about 10 min to the strip. Pool was a nice heat buster. Communication with host was easy via the VRBO app.

AMAZING STAY!!!! We had a blast at your home especially since we were able to travel with the doggies. Everyone loved the pool it was a great hit! The house is huge inside and with 4 adults and 4 dogs we had plenty of room. We will defiantly be back for our next trip. It was way better then staying on the strip that is for sure. Thank you!

What a great location. So close to the airport and the strip. Home is so sound proffed you barely hear the air traffic. Plenty of room and very clean. Liked the gated area. Fully equipped, from towels to kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Has even you need. From the beautiful pool and hot tub ,to the amazing sound system. Really enjoyed the hot sun and cool space. Plenty of parking and outdoor sitting areas.

My second time staying at this house. This house has all the needs I need for my family.We stayed in November and June.

Everything was perfect

This house was prefect for our family of 5 adults. There was plenty of space without everyone tripping over each other. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The highlight was the pool and patio area, we spent most our time out there. It is a 15 minute drive to the strip, but being away from the strip made it seem like tropical vacation with a side of Vegas!

Quite area. They have everything you need to relax if you had a long night out. Not too far from the strip and close to the airport.

The house is beautiful,spacious and i quite loved that its near the airport. It reminded ne if ny child hood when i used to go with ny step-dad to chauffeur people to/from the airport in Utah.The bed in the master bed was large and so comfortable. My son was happy with the second bed and bath. My only complaint was that it took forever for the water to heat up in the shower and the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and relaxing

I recently stayed at an incredible house in Las Vegas, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is just amazing—it feels like it’s its own private compound with a gated entrance that offers both security and privacy. The entire place is fully gated both in the front and back, which is perfect for letting our dogs explore safely.The lot is impressively large, featuring a fantastic pool and spa that truly enhances the resort-like atmosphere. Both the front and backyard provided ample space for our dogs to run around and enjoy themselves, while also being a great spot for us to relax and unwind.Parking was never an issue; we easily accommodated at least five cars in the front and eight more on the side, plus there’s plenty of room for a big RV!Inside, the house was incredibly spacious and well-designed. It felt like we were staying in our own private resort. The kitchen was gigantic—perfect for family meals and gatherings. The bedrooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and privacy, which was ideal for our group of five (two parents and three adult children). Everyone had their own space, and the layout was perfect for entertaining.The communication from the host was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish.Whether you’re visiting Las Vegas for pleasure or business, I highly recommend this home. It was everything we needed and more, and we had a fantastic time!

My friend and I came out to do some hiking, get out to Death Valley and Red Rock canyon and getting into downtown for a show. This was a quiet, clean home base. Lots of room and nice spa, it was too cold to swim. The pool was a little rough looking but definitely still nice and maintained. Heat was set a little high, so we had to keep readjusting.Overall, highly satisfied and true to post.

The house was very spacious for 6 adults and was stocked with most common needed items in kitchen and bath. We liked easy access to the airport. The master bedroom was very comfortable with hotel linens and a huge yard. We had a great family vacation air

We absolutely can’t say enough amazing things about this house! Just stunning and so comfortable…even with 2 Great Danes with us! Host is fantastic and super helpful with every little detail! We will absolutely be booking again!

Excellent luxe property! Beautiful home, grounds and pool! Property fully gated & secure in a quiet neighborhood. Property was exactly as listed & hosts were fantastic & responded quickly. This will be the place we book every time we stay in Las Vegas!

We loved our stay and the convenience to the airport. The property is wonderful and secure. Plenty of room for 6 of us to be together and also have our own space. The host was very accommodating and supremely knowledgeable about all things Vegas. We will be back!

This was a lovely house with an excellent location for getting around Las Vegas. The owners were excellent with communication and very friendly. There were a couple small issues. The pullout sofa was uncomfortable and locating the bedding for it was a hunt. We couldn’t get the fans in the utility room or second outside area to work. We also couldn’t get the light on the one outside fan to turn off. Also, please clean the ceiling vents in the house. Although the area was great for getting around, it was not a very clean area with people seeing no problem dumping trash in the middle of the road. All in all, we had a lovely time and there was a lot to enjoy with this house.

Total bummer! Chose property for pool-swimming was to be main activity for us. Host accommodated request for early check-in. Unfortunately on arrival inside house was hot & NO cool water in house & pool water was so hot we couldn't get in the pool-it burned us (pool therm. read 115 degrees-hotter than most hot tubs-way above health dept. safety temp). I told host right away-Host apologized & claimed due to unprecedented heat wave in Vegas pool temp was high & other pools in Vegas experienced same problem (I researched this and this was not accurate). No offer to send pool maintenance. Pool was unusable and unsafe to swim in. I asked for fair comp. for the listed pool amenity not being usable (and I paid more for this property for the pool) & now had to pay for other pool/activities for 7-Host offered low comp.-I declined. I asked if it was possible the solar heating could be turned on-Host said no-but then suddenly pool temp. cooled down to 80's on second to last day of trip (but lots of algae). Obvious someone mistakenly turned solar heating on. Total ruined trip :( House itself is nice & close to strip but neighborhood is pretty rundown & homeless man w/ shopping cart slept nights in front of home-glad there was a gate. Host did not address issue or offer/provide fair comp. for lack of advertised amenity. It seems to me that someone mistakenly turned solar heating on & host doesn't want to admit it or provide fair comp. VRBO did refund me their reserv. fee.

I understand that the contract states that the owner / maintenance staff can access the property at any time, I was very upset that a maintenance person just came into the back yard unannounced. NO prior phone call warning, no knock on the door which to me would have been the least the owner / property manager could have done. When I spoke to the owner about this he said well this is like a hotel, and maintenance has to be done my reply to this is that check in is not until 4 pm thus there is plenty of time to schedule maintenance prior to the guests arrival. The property offers a nice privacy, and some guests may want to sunbathe topless or totally in the buff. How embarrassing it would have been had that been the case. The only other issue I had is there is a board on the deck close to the jacuzzi that is loose, When I stepped out and did not specifically use the stairs I felt the board give. Had that been my 84 year old father who is much taller and heavier than I, there could have been a big accident! Otherwise the home was clean, very nice, and I was very happy with that.

Loved the pool and foliage. Very private and relaxing! The property is very dog friendly which we truly appreciate. Lovely home, wonderfully decorated and very spacious. Owners had great communication. Access to the strip and I-15 is great. No problems getting a ride share or food delivery. Great place for a couples weekend or girls trip!

This is a wonderful, huge property. Our communication before and during our stay was with Angelique and she responded so quickly to every question and query we had - even letting me know where the spare pillows were at 11pm! She is an absolute superstar. We felt very safe and it was only around $15 in an uber to the strip and just a few more to downtown. Aircon was fantastic and the house was such a haven to come back to after a day/night out in the ferocious heat of Vegas in August. Beds were huge and comfortable and the carpet in the master bedroom was so deep I could have slept on the floor! Showers were great with plenty of hot water. Kitchen was huge and very well equipped (not that we cooked anything other than breakfast). The pool and the garden were just stunning and we spent so much time swimming, especially at night with the colour lights on. This was such a magical end to our long holiday in the US, I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This place is large and has lots of spaces and furniture and amenities that make it a great stay for the family. Its about a 10-15 minute drive to the strip. We had some issues with the pool not being clean and the schedule of the energy conservation turning the thermostats up (be sure to ask the host about that!) We found the hosts very responsive and kind. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, the air conditioning filters were thick with dust but the house felt clean. Overall, the house is beautiful and aging. We did enjoy our stay and felt well cared for.

We loved our stay at this property! The host was incredibly quick to respond, helpful with all of our questions, and a pleasure to work with. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the airport and the strip! We will definitely be returning to this property the next time we are in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!
