Modern Updated Blue Pearl Villa - No Elevators Waits, Steps to the Beach & Pool

The Blue Pearl was exactly what my family was looking for. It was immaculate! Teri goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. The condo everything we needed and more. She was thorough and readily available in all of her communication. We will definitely book again in the future!

As a front office manger at the Ritz-Carlton, I have a great eye for quality. To say I was impressed is an understatement. This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. There are so many fine details to enhance your experience. From the decor, the fully stocked kitchen, local information, board games, beach accessories, down to the things you might have forgotten box. This home comes fully stocked with the expected and unexpected to me your expressed and unexpressed needs. There is a short walk to the beach, unless you are carrying a large load, which will slow you down. But the tram service is very helpful and quick. I traveled with my 7 week old, so cleanliness was very important, and the home home exceeded my expectations. Teri was also amazing, quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay! The villa is equipped with little sweet stuff here and there to make visitors feel at home. Felt safe and appreciated the privacy. Plenty to do within walking distance.

The Blue Pearl PCB is a gorgeous villa! It has every amenity you will need to enjoy your time at the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and communication was fantastic. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this rental!

Cannot say enough good things about this condo and the host! From the thoughtful, beautiful decor throughout, to the small details like an abundance of games for the kids, extra toothbrushes just in case you forgot one, an espresso machine, pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, perfectly clean fresh white towels, the cutest toddler bed in the master bedroom.. this condo has everything a family could want or need. So many pools to choose from (the big one was a bit cold as we visited in April and it is not heated,but all 7 of the smaller pools were heated and were perfect). We felt as comfortable as we do at home. Teri has done a wonderful job and really cares to make your stay perfect. Super easy check in/check out process. We will definitely be back!

This unit is great. Has everything and location is very quiet. All the necessities are in the rental so if you forget something you are in the right place. We enjoyed it.

The blue pearl was exactly as pictured, even nicer then pics. It was super clean, actually spotless and so many extra thoughtful things that are to numerous to mention. From motion lights on the stairs, a fully equipped kitchen to bins of items in case a guest forgot something. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. Teri was an awesome host, easy to communicate with, answered questions within minutesWould definitely recommend this place for a wonderful holiday!!

We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl. It was a quick and easy walk to the pool and beach. Home was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella and pack n’ play. Teri was the most supportive and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again one day!

A 10 out of 10! Loved the communication with Teri! She was so thorough and went over every single detail! The condo itself was beautiful! The showers in the upstairs bathrooms were so nice and our little one loved her own toddler bed in the master bedroom. This was our 3rd stay at Edgewater and this condo surpasses any we have previously stayed in. We will 100% be back.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Blue Pearl! It was so clean and organized. The owners put a lot of work into providing resources and information for visitors. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the resort had so much to offer our family. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Blue Pearl. Location of the unit is very peaceful on the golf course. Quick walk across the bridge to get to the beach. Furnishings in the condo were perfect - updated with a homey feel. Terri was happy to help if needed. Would definitely stay here again!
