    This condo was switched out to another because of a heating issue....kudos to Towns Property Mgt for taking care of that before we even arrived. The new condo was amazing. We felt so comfortable and really wanted to stay longer, but there was an immanent ice storm on its way, so we had to get out of dodge. Towns refunded 2 nights of our stay and another kudos to them because they didn't have to do that. The area seemed super fun and was close to everything we would have wanted to do. I can't think of a complaint at all!! Looking forward to another stay in one of this company's condos!!

    Very convenient to Biltmore. Kitchen could use some more utensils - tongs would be nice and perhaps either foil or plastic wrap! Condo is very comfortable. Online photos are accurate

    We rented this place for a family visit. It was great to have the common space and separate bathrooms. Elevator was a plus for the seniors as well as separate thermostats on each level. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. It was about a 10 min walk up the hill to the downtown area. You will need to drive to find a grocery store. There are some cafes and brewpubs within walking distance. Otherwise everything is up the hill. Offstreet parking was a plus. Overall we would stay here again. It would be nice if company provided salt and pepper, paper napkins, cooking oil, and a few extra bars of hand soap.

    This is a clean and spacious unit. The walk “up the hill” as mentioned by other reviewers wouldn’t be taxing for most people. Plenty of bars and restaurants along the way and at the top of the slope.
