Stayed Mar 29, 2026great stay - property as depicted in photos and description. The entire management team & house staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and spacious, and a/c units in the bedrooms kept us very cool at night. We enjoyed the pool and the views of Petit Piton and the coast. We have Chef Nomn prepare two meals for us. Both were excellent, and we enjoyed his company. We also had massages at the house. We can highly recommend both. Febornia (house concierge) helped us arrange meals at nearby resorts and in town. She also arranged a grocery delivery for us. Our favorite restaurant was Mango Tree @ Stonefield, which is right on Sugar beach rd and literally a 2 min drive from the house. The property location was great - right on Sugar beach rd & a short drive from numerous resorts including Sugar beach.

Stayed Jan 28, 2026Villa Eluna is fantastic. The view, the location, the outdoor space - absolutely wonderful. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the staff was easy to work with. Each morning, Cornelius was on site cleaning the pool and grounds. Our first morning he picked fresh mango and opened coconuts for us. He was a great resource and happily answered our questions. Tish was lovely - always smiling and happy to assist. The villa was so close to sugar beach - worth the visit as it is right between the Pitons. Note - if you park at the tennis courts, there are shuttles that can bring you down to the beach and back to the parking area. 5 per person each way. Piton falls was even closer, and Malgrétoute Beach closer yet. The town of Soufriere was only 5 minute drive and there were plenty of little grocery stores around to cover our needs. There was so much to do nearby - but honestly, we found it hard to leave the villa. The worst part of our stay was leaving to go back to winter in MN. I highly recommend the villa and can't wait to book another trip!

Stayed Jan 5, 2026This is a very unique property with incredible views. The kitchen and main living room are open to the surrounding views and pool area, which gives it a really neat tropical feel. The bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated and clean, but do remember to bring your own shampoo. The property has a very secluded feel, despite being centrally located near some neat restaurants and down the road from Sugar Bay. We also felt very secure with the nightly security guard that monitored the property. We highly recommend the nearby restaurant Treetop, a really neat experience and great food. The team also coordinated a private chef for breakfast one morning, which was a great meal. Highly recommend the property overall. Thanks to Rick and team.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We loved our stay at Villa Eluna. It's a beautiful location with great amenities. (I wish the bathroom had a plug for a hair dryer, but not a huge deal. Maybe I just couldn't find it.) We highly recommend Hilary, the driver. So happy we didn't rent a car. He treated us like family and happily took us anywhere we wanted to go. It's possible to walk down to Paradise Hotel beach and up to the Mango Tree restaurant, but that's about it. They are both very hilly and will give you your workout for the day. But it IS possible. We had Chef Nom make dinner for us the night we arrived, which was such a treat and actually a huge relief. Cornelius, the pool guy and gardener, came every morning and was a delight to talk to. Tisha cleaned the house twice while we were there and was joyful and pleasant. Overall, we loved the Villa and the island. We had fresh mangoes every day off the trees. The view was incredible! We would totally visit Villa Eluna again!

Stayed Nov 1, 2025We were very excited to stay at Villa Eluna but had a horrible experience with bugs in the master bedroom and bathroom plus a large RAT in the kitchen. We spoke with the gardener Cornelius about this and he tried to make repairs to no avail.Needless to say the rat ate all our bananas on the counter and was never caught( slept with one eye open)We tried to sanitize as much as possible but some dishes are on open shelves!!! We had our 4 month old granddaughter with us and were very concerned about her health and safety! We have contacted the management company and hope we are compensated for such a horrible vacation.

Stayed Sep 30, 2025The house was spectacular with a front and center view of the Gros Piton as you look out of the open air kitchen or past the wonderful infinity pool and deck area. Fruit trees and beautiful landscaping surround the property as well. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Services in the town of Soufrière are 5 minutes away and the beautiful Pitons Bay, several waterfalls and Anse Chastenet Beach are all close by. Special thanks to Tischa and Cornelius who took such good care of us and made us feel welcome and at home. We hope to visit Villa Eluna again in the future.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025This place was a great find. Villa was as described and felt so tropical. View is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Decor was awesome. The location is perfect close to many attractions and good restaurants. Recommend Pounty’s Pizza, Mango Tree, Harmony, beacon, sea shells and 5 fingers. We rented a car and driving around was not bad once you get used to it. The wifi worked great at the villa and brought our firestick with no problems. Our only minor complaint was the villa land line phone did not work so we had no way to call out. Luckily we had no emergencies. We would definitely rent this place again.

The downside was, although they have remodeled the villa-there are so many things that don’t function properly…ice maker, microwave, and stove was very difficult to navigate and both bathrooms had major drainage problems with big leaks all over the floor …once they fix these problems I think it will be a 5 star place!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The villa is going through renovations, which will be great when finished. Some things were not working as expected and some finishes were not completed, however this did not hinder the great time we had. Cornelius was very helpful; in fact he was the only one who actually returned our call. Once we arrived the rental company seemed to have stopped communication with us. None the less Cornelius was a HUGE help and did everything he could to help out. Also we requested maid service only once and Tisha was great, such a sweet lady

Stayed May 24, 2025We just returned from an incredible week at Villa Eluna and were absolutely blown away—not just by the view (which is breathtaking), but by how much the villa has been upgraded. Like many, we had read earlier reviews mentioning worn bathrooms and an outdated kitchen and were a little concerned. But before our arrival, the owners completed major renovations: all-new bathrooms with beautiful tile, updated vanities, rainfall shower heads, and modern toilets. The kitchen was also completely redone with high-end appliances including a new refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, and a dedicated ice machine. Even the beds, nightstands, and closets appeared brand new. The owners clearly took past feedback seriously and are elevating this property to a whole new level. What made the trip truly unforgettable, though, were the people. Cornelius, the caretaker, was always smiling, attentive, and helpful. Hillary, our driver and local guide, was a total rockstar—he helped us book tours at local rates, delivered mangoes daily, assisted with groceries, and shared insights that made our stay so much better. Don’t rent a car—just call Hillary. We also had Chef Nomn cook for us the night we arrived. His food was delicious and made our first evening stress-free.The location is unbeatable. The view of the Piton from the pool is surreal, and world-class snorkeling is just a 5-minute walk away on a quiet, nearly empty beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Villa Eluna is quite a spot. The views are just as the photos picture it...simply stunning. The open air concept with shutters is lovely and it's comforting to know they are screened. It's very private and Cornelius and Kesha keep the place in great shape. We hired Hilary to drive us and very glad we did. We had a medical emergency and Hilary jumped right in and helped with finding a doctor, transport and getting us in right away. He's charming, knowledgable and very helpful. We're so glad we cancelled our rental car a and had Hilary do the driving. He even called to check on us to be sure we got home. He is one of the best things about Eluna. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit tired as others have commented, but hardly an issue. The place is fantastic.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025This villa is all about the living space and the connection with the wonderful outside space. The view is just lovely and the pool perfect for us. We used the BBQ a few times which we found super useful and easy to use. Cornelius kept the pool and garden really clean and tidy and was a lovely man to chat to. Interestingly he told us the house was due to be renovated this year, which would make this house 5 star! The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tired and let the house down at but at the moment. The fridge also doesn’t really work so we ended up using the freezer section as the fridge, which we a good works around. The kitchen has everything you need but, again, needs some tlc.The living space and views make up for any of the other shortcomings and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025The reviews are spot on. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing!!Yes, the property could use some minor updating but it met our needs. Read reviews about the bugs but we never had an issue. Cornelius was there every morning to clean the pool/grounds and Tisha came every 3rd day to clean the Villa. Both were always wearing a smile. The night guard stopped by every night to let us know he was going to walk around the grounds so as not to startle us. We took the advice of others and had Chef Nomn cook for us. Was so good we had him come back another night! We chose to use Hilary for our transportation. He was not only a delight to be around, he assisted with reservations and made some valuable suggestions. He kept us from having to navigate the narrow mountain roads. Would highly recommend using him! Some additional information: If you use Hilary be sure to bring cash as you will need to pay him at the end of every day you use him. Chef Nomn also only takes cash. Lastly, you can walk to the local beach that’s 5 minutes away. There is plenty of open space if you want to bring a towel of the Paradise Hotel rents chairs for 15 each. The hotel has a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner along with drinks. The only downside is that it’s not an easy walk back as it’s uphill. If you want a few 100 feet pass the hotel entrance you’ll find Martha’s Table. They only serve lunch but arguably the best meal we had out.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Excellent staff. Beautiful setting to hang out, relax, enjoy the private pool. Limited walking options as it is quite remote and if you leave your property, you are either walking down a steep hill or walking up a steep hill. You can walk to Soufrier, but the town lacks a lot of options of things to do. Our driver, Hilary, was attentive, informative, and gracious. Housekeeper, Tisha, was wonderful. Groundskeeper, Cornelius, was hard-working, friendly, and caring. The property does need some updates, but it sounds like those will be happening soon. We had chef Nomn, who was excellent and provided a very fun evening for us! We did have a couple of hiccups, with lack of ice until the freezer was figured out by workmen. Also, There was a water leakage problem in the master bedroom closet that needed to be fixed and was taken care of. Also, there is a lack of outlets and had combination of British adapters needed. Bathroom two had no outlet for plugging in hair appliances. There are mosquitoes that you don’t notice till you start itching your ankles so it is good to spray even if you don’t see any. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Lots of good restaurants that Hilary knows about.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. There are definitely some great aspects, but also a few things to be aware of before booking.Pros:The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sunsets are even better. The location is excellent—everything we wanted to visit was less than 10 minutes away. The internet was strong, and we had no issues streaming TV. Contrary to previous reviews, there is a TV. We brought our Chromecast, and it worked perfectly. The roads were rough in some areas, but my husband managed them fine. Having our two camping fans made a huge difference at night. I’d also recommend bringing earplugs. My husband streamed green noise with his Bluetooth speaker all night, which immensely helped.Cons:The kitchen needs some serious attention. Dishes were left dirty, and while the dishwasher technically works, nothing came out clean. The ice maker never got cold enough to make ice, and the fridge was barely cool. There a also no instructions on how to use the oven. The bathrooms had soap scum everywhere—definitely could use a deep clean. There was broken glass, which should have been addressed before our arrival. The couch cushions constantly slide out from under you. Adding Velcro would make a huge difference! There are no pool lights, which would have been nice for nighttime swimming. The closest grocery store is tiny and runs out of essentials quickly, so go early if you need anything like bread. Please see Google review for new pics.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025My wife and i rented the villa in January 2025. The property and reviews were as advertised. The view and openness of the property to the surrounding sightline are breath taking. The only negatives on the property appeared to be that some of the equipment (hot water heater and a/c) seem to be a bit dated and need of repair. The staff was absolutely tremendous and overly responsive. If we needed anything they were immediately available to help. They truly cared about our stay which made us very happy. However, the biggest highlight of our stay was one of the dogs who came to visit us every day. We named her Lucy and eventually found out she was a neighborhood dog. We ultimately decided to rescue her and after two weeks of working with the Bruno Rescue group from St. Lucia, we are happy to report she is safely living in Philadelphia, PA! If you visit this property be prepared to unplug and enjoy an amazing island experience that will leave you breathless every time you look outside your many windows.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024Our family of four loved our time together at the Villa. The views of the Piton and sunsets were magical. What made the trip the most memorable was the care we received from our driver Hillary and Chef Nomn. Hillary made everyday feel like an adventure as we ventured to the waterfall, beaches and dinners. We knew we were in great hands and this added an extra level of relaxation and fun for all of us. Chef cooked for is 3 times and each meal was phenomenal. We even did brunch the last day which was such a treat. The staff kept the property clean and fresh. We also got massages thru the staff. Stayed Dec 21, 2024living in the heart of Soufriere was such an amazing experience for our family to experience and doing so with the exceptional staff and exotic architechture of the Villa Eluna made it really magical. Without even having booked him Hillary the driver who you can book for all excursions met as at the airport even though we had rented a car it worked out magically that he was there as our plane was delayed and it was getting dark and we never would have found the house without the guide. Hillary really always went out of his way to help us have a great journey and time with whatever we had booked. Chef Nomn really is the best meal in town book him first and then work your other nights as you will. We also really have to mention Tisha the maid and greeter, Cornelius taking care of the pool and also the night watchmen. Thanks again for taking care of us. The beauty you get to experience in this lavish spot is jaw dropping and delivers the perfect sunset every single night!

Stayed Nov 30, 2024Overall the stay was fantastic. The villa is in the perfect neighborhood that is close to all dining and activities on the island. We utilized the driver, Hilary, the entire stay and he was amazing. He had the best recommendations and assisted us in scheduling activities for a fraction of the price. He was a great driver in the winding and difficult roads around the island. We had the fridge stocked for us but we ended up going grocery shopping with Hilary anyway and wish we had just done that from the beginning. The views were amazing and the villa was very private without seeing another person beyond the staff the entire week. The pool was perfect and well kept. The villa had everything you needed to make meals and eat at the home. Tisha was great at making sure the house was clean and having everything we needed (even tampons!) There are a lot of bugs and we got a lot of bug bites despite being covered in bug spray at all times (even sleeping) but that is just part of being on the island and not the villa. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Villa Eluna is set in the most incredible location, minutes from all attractions in the Soufriere area. However, it is the stunning views from this home that are second to none. Every time you look outside it's jaw dropping. The open concept to the outside makes you feel like you are immersed in nature and its beauty. The sea breezes that sweetly though are refreshing as is the pool. Property manager and staff were incredible and made our visit seamless. We felt safe and cared for, all services were as advertised. We requested grocery delivery prior to arrival and it was completely worth it as was having Chef Nomn prepare us a delicious meal. The view!!! My only critique would be for the owners to put some resources back into the villa. I'm sure the constant use puts a lot of strain on the site, but some things are getting a little tired and could use a little tlc, it do t let that stop you from experiencing this once in a lifetime gem. .

Stayed Nov 7, 2024We are 2 couples staying at the property. The location and the view of petit piton is unbelievable.. truly stunning. The villa itself is a fantastic design that allows the natural breeze to flow through. As has been mentioned elsewhere, the property is a bit jaded. As it’s our first time in St Lucia it’s hard to compare as we don’t have a reference but there were just a few things that stopped me from awarding 5 stars… the staff were really friendly, the private chef Nomn created a great meal on our last night. The views as I said were spectacular and we found Soufriere to be a pleasant and quiet town to visit… with a bit of money and TLC this could be 5 star. The bathrooms and the kitchen let the property down, but all in all, we still had a very enjoyable stay..

Stayed Oct 27, 2024This place is amazing. Full stop. My wife and I stayed at Eluna for a few nights over our honeymoon and we were blown away. The views along made the stay 100% worth it, however the amenities, proximity to town & overall time made everything all that much better. We opted to get their private chef (Chef Nomn) for one night-highly recommend everyone treat themselves to this. He's absolutely excellent with wonderful disehs, and tons of fun to chat with. We had a local dog come and visit every day, who my wife absolutely fell in love with-please make sure to give them some pets if you stay here. Overall, check in was very smooth & we were sad to leave. If you do stay here, I would suggest making sure you have your own car. It can be a bit tricky to get around to the various activities without a cab which can run up a bill very quickly. Closing remarks: if you're thinking about staying here, 100% do it. You will not be disappointed. Please treat yourselves & enjoy all the views.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the stovetop doesn’t work properly, the oven knobs’ numbers and letters are erased. Kitchen is not stocked well. There were only three very small bowls. The rest of the dinnerware consisted of flat dishes. We were told someone was going to bring us roasting pans but we didn’t get those. Two of four bathroom sinks were clogged. We were told a plumber would come to unplug them but we didn’t see any results. Bathroom 2 has one useless wobbly soap holder in the shower area. Bedrooms are not furnished with proper lighting for reading. Bathroom 2 had two dead bulbs. Linens and towels are in awful condition — big wholes and stains. The couch and two armchairs in the bedrooms were so dirty, we would not touch them. Both bedrooms had musty smell. Bedroom 1 had very strong moldy, unpleasant odor. The overall cleanness was bad. The maid comes three days a week but she doesn’t clean the floors nor empty the trash cans. The villa is open air, which means no windows, just shutters. Because of the mosquitos, we kept the shutters closed in the bedrooms which meant no light and no views. Still, we got hundreds of mosquito bites. The villa is located on a busy road, so you hear the traffic and honking, which is essential part of drivers’ communication in St. Lucia. There were no TV, Stereo, DVD, and washing machine as stated in the listing. They provide laundry service only. In the listing the check out time was 11:30 am but we were told it was 11:00 am.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024My wife and I stayed in early September for 4 nights. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and you get a great sunset from the pool. The villa was built by an architect, so it has a really cool open air concept as the pictures show. The pool views are outstanding, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening with a cocktail in the pool. The staff that help run the property are great. Tisha will greet you when you arrive and leave. She will come a few days a week to clean inside. Cornelius takes care of the outside of the property, making sure the pool is nice and clean. Chandler comes every evening (sometime between 9-10pm) and watches over the villa. We had Chef Nomn come 2 times while we were there. I would highly recommend having him come at least once while you stay. His food was the best we had during our stay, and the cost is what you would pay for a nice dinner out at one of the top restaurants on the island (his food was better than what we had eating out at one of the nicer restaurants nearby). He picked up a snapper for us the 2nd time he came that he bought at the market that morning and that had just been caught. We rented a car (which wasn't horrible if you are a little adventurous). If you want privacy, they will leave you alone. Only negatives were that the a/c was only working in one bedroom (which was where we slept, it was still hot though). The bugs are bad (but that is everywhere there). Water pressure is really low for showers.

We showed up with no itinerary and he planned out everything we were going to do and when we were going to do it and it worked perfectly. I cannot say enough how truly exceptional he is. I would come back to villa Eluna just for Hillary. We had chef nomn cook for us the last night at the villa and our only mistake was to not have him cook every meal for us.
