The property was fantastic. The communication was great leading up to the tour and the host showed us around once we arrived. The AC worked great, and there was plenty of space for a big group. The stock of tennis balls/rackets, footballs, pickleball paddles/rackets, etc was a great bonus!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. It matched the listing perfectly and made for a great getaway. Gary was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. We especially appreciated the great location and how easy it was to settle in and enjoy our time. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this rental especially if you are attending a trade show etc...

The house was absolutely georgous and was located only a few miles from the strip. Perfect location for a family vacation and close enough to spend time gambling and seeing the sights. The heated pool is a must and was the focal point of the stay. Communication with Gary was A and he was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Gary is the absolute best. He made our stay easier because he was able to answer any and all questions. The house is very nice and the location is on point.

Property was amazing, close to everything, but perfectly far away as well. The amenities were great, communication was exceptional, recommended to everyone.

Honestly, it was perfect and exactly as advertised. Diana and Alex, the property owner/managers, were attentive and always available. Tons of space for 10 of us, and everything from the super comfortable beds to the easy proximity to the Strip made it carefree for everyone.

The home was large enough to accommodate our entire family. The kitchen was a good size and clean. There were fourteen of us and we had no problem fitting around the good size counter bar for our family meals. Living room was spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms offered everyone their own privacy. The older teens enjoyed their own space later at night in the Casida. The pool was very, very refreshing and kept clean. Lots of lounge chairs and towels for everyone! As the temperatures were unseasonably warm, we were in the pool quite often which was quite refreshing. Supplies for home; dish detergent, toilet tissue, trash bags etc. were generous. A few issues needing attention are that the mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft for one and uncomfortable. Although spacious, it can stand to be replaced. Dishwasher didn't get do its job very well. No grab bars in the bathroom showers and the water flow in the bathroom sinks were not the best. The pool steps really need railings as well. Gary was very good at taking care of our us answering any and all our questions and solving any issues we had within the Villa. One other thing is that the home next door is older and deemed as farmland. The rooster crowed rather early as they do, and dogs barked well throughout the nights nonstop. We were told there is nothing that can be done about the problem. Noise machines in the bedrooms were offered to help with the barking etc.Over all, our stay was very pleasant.

The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space.

The house is beautiful and spacious for a group of 8 men. But the fixtures were old, rooms were not represented well on line so we found some unacceptable. Only one dishwasher for more than 8 in our opinion would not be acceptable. The fact that we need to buy our own toilet tissue and paper towels is surprising for a home of this price range. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls, cooking supplies were ok but lacked several things we needed like basic cooking pans. Probably would not return.

Had a perfect time that checked all the blocks. Perfect guest experience for all. Brilliant hosts and gorgeous house.

We were a large family group aged 9 to 70 in town for a wedding. The property met our needs well and the outdoor space was a big hit with our group. Yje property is close to any amenities you will need and just a short Uber ride to the strip. The home is well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are very responsive and go out of their way to ensure your stay I’ll be a positive one! Highly recommend this lovely oasis in the heart of beautiful Las Vegas

We've stayed at this property before and will again. Lots of space and a great view of Las Vegas from the master bedroom.

great stay older vintage style, only negative is there are cameras thought the interior and exterior of the house. would suggest you let the people be aware or remove them

Loved the size, location, and pickleball/tennis and spa. Kitchen well equipped . Perfect for our family of 14 for Thanksgiving week.

Thirteen friends had an amazing Vegas vacation. We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday. We were able to utilize the pool even though it was cool outside because of the heat option. Check in was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Plenty of room for all of us. They even have some extra fold out beds if needed. I will definitely stay here again when we have a golf trip coming up.

Great location, beautiful home and very responsive host. My friends and their spouses, especially the one celebrating his anniversary had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious property, clean, and a beautiful strip view at night from the second floor balcony.

I booked this home for a family reunion. It had ample bedrooms for all parties to have some privacy, while also offering large gathering areas. The home itself is beautiful but it could use some updating. The kitchen was severely lacking in cooking utensils, storage containers for leftovers, etc. We didn't even have enough forks for each family member at meal time. Given the cost of the stay, I feel more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap should have been provided. We had an issue the first day with two of the bathroom shower valves, but Gary sent out a plumber right away and they were repaired very quickly. Overall I'd rate the house a solid 8. With a few improvements it could certainly reach a rating of 10.
