Modern 4 bed 3 bath villa private pool - Reduced for Jan 26 and free pool heat

We had a great stay at this property. The kitchen was more than adequate. The game room was amazing. The master bedroom separated from the kids rooms was perfect. The commute to the parks was great on weekdays. We would definitely stay here again

We recently had the pleasure of staying this Villa in the Highgate Park gated community near Disney, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and stylish decor. The furnishings were not only beautiful but also comfortable, making the villa feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool and pool area. The outdoor furniture was perfect for lounging and enjoying the sunny Florida weather. The area was always serene and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days at the Disney parks. The location of the villa is another standout feature. Nestled in a lovely, quiet area, it is conveniently close to local amenities and just a short drive from the Disney parks. This made it incredibly easy to enjoy all the attractions while still having a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Additionally, the communication with the owners was excellent. They were friendly, responded quickly, and did everything they could to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our stay at this Highgate Park villa was wonderful. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and outstanding owner communication makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Florida near Disney. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed this house very much! We have never stayed in a house that had so many things go right for a change. We have stayed in orlando for 3 years now and from past experiences, this house is the best! House actually was stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. Pool heat that actually worked! We will book again if we return for another year.

My family and I stayed at Lakota Villa for 26 days in January; we loved every minute, would definitely stay again if/when we return for vacation in the Orlando area. The home was super clean, modern and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, amenities as advertised. A very quiet neighbourhood and less than 5 minutes to local restaurants and grocery stores using community roadways --- so nice being able to avoid the busy highway27 for quick trips to get groceries. Our January weather was quite cool so including pool heat made a big difference to enjoying the outside pool and patio area. All in all, a lovely home, fantastic owners and management company, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Disney... top notch, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here, the villa was incredibly clean with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so helpful and quick to reply, we would recommend this villa without reservation and would definitely stay again.

We loved everything! House is well maintained and clean! Pool and the playroom in the garage was great. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone . Communication with the owner was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful home is safe and clean with almost everything you could possibly need. This home is located in a neighborhood where we were able to enjoy a walk every morning. It is a short drive to Disney and plenty of restaurants and shops. The pool was delightful. The beds were comfortable. The playroom is filled with fun things to do. There is plenty of room for a family or friends. Our hosts were more than gracious. One of the best stays of our life!

We have rented many homes throughout Orlando and this home by far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the home had a coziness about it and made us feel like we where in our home. The personal touches having the Christmas Tree decorated and additional Christmas decor was wonderful during the holiday season. Mike and Jo are wonderful hosts and so prompt to reply. I highly recommend their home for your next Florida getaway.

We wanted to get away with the family, 2 kids, my partner and I and my mum. I wanted total relaxation, the kids wanted Disney and my wife wanted sometime in the sun…. Staying here delivered it all. The villa was spotless, the look and feel is modern and open but with enough separate spaces to disappear when you need 30 minutes. The pool was warm constantly without heating (Florida in august!) which was lovely. Travel to Disney was easy and we really enjoyed cooking on the grill with loads of supermarkets near by. The kids loved the games room and the activities (pool, fuzball, air hockey) are such a thoughtful way of giving families an alternative when the little ones have had too much sun and need some in door time. Overall, we will 100% be back here - thanks to Mike and Jo who were so incredibly responsive on the rare occasion we needed to ask a question - don’t doubt this villa, just book it! Sam
