Our hosts Rick & Nancy were very easy to communicate with. They sent us all the information about the resort and villa and made sure we received it and understood it all.The villa was very nice - small space but had everything needed for an enjoyable stay for two people. It had a beautiful view just as advertised - will consider staying aging next year if we return

The condo was exactly as pictured and the bed was so comfortable. Rick was a great host and sent all the information that we needed. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Exceptional in every way!

Very clean, excellent ocean view, in great condition, included everything we needed and more, kids loved the built in bunks with their own tv, we have stayed at HHB&T several times and it's always been great. It is very quiet, well kept and close to anything you could want or need on the island. Would not think twice about staying at this resort or condo again.

Rick gave amazing directions for the process of check-in and what was expected for check-out. The villa was super nice and my family had the most amazing vacation!

Love the condo, classic beach decor. view was great. Close to everything. Found the smaller pool on the south side of the complex and it became our favorite.

Enjoyed the view and place was very clean.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect walking to the beach every day and quick access to restaurants and other activities. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and very pleasant weekend getaway

We came down to surprise a friend who retired. The condo was perfect for us!

This condo has everything you need for a lovely Hilton Head visit. The HHBT resort is a great location, and Rick and Nanc have their unit perfectly outfitted. The decor is modern but still beachy — very comfortable — and the addition of a fireplace adds just the right touch to complement the beautiful ocean view.

It was a beautiful place, nice and quiet which we liked. Check in was very easy, the guards were friendly. We got pizza from Gators pizza and wings it was good. The pool looked nice but we never used it, we are planning on visiting again.

Our condo was in a great location, clean, very comfortable, and adorably updated. The beach and pool were both gorgeous, too. A perfect October get-away. Thanks to our hosts, Rick and Nancy, for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at several condos in the HHI Beach & Tennis Resort (HHIBTR) and this is head and shoulders above the rest in every way. Many thanks to Rick & Nancy for their attention to detail in providing just the right environment for a great vacation. This is everything every other rating says about it and more. We’ll be back and recommend it to everyone else considering a stay at HHIBTR.

We absolutely loved our 2024 beach trip to Folly Field. It was our 1st time at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort and it was perfect for the 2 of us. We can't wait to come back next year!
