Million Dollar Pool/Spa Home in Upscale Yacht Club

This place was even better than we could have imagined! Beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we could ever need for a perfect stay!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and we had beautiful weather for our trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool and just relaxing in the home. The property management is excellent and want to ensure a very happy vacation. This is our second trip here at this house- will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning property in Cape Coral, our vacation exceeded all expectations. The house itself was nothing short of amazing, providing a luxurious and comfortable base for our Florida getaway. Accommodation: The interior of the house was beautifully decorated, combining modern elegance with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration and fun. Outdoor Space: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spectacular pool area. The pool was immaculately clean and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure. Surrounded by lush landscaping and comfortable loungers, it was the ideal spot to soak up the Florida sunshine and unwind with a refreshing swim. Location: The location of the property was also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers and the vibrant dining and shopping scene of Cape Coral. We enjoyed exploring the local area and taking in the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Hospitality: Lastly, the hospitality we received from our hosts was exceptional. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart. Our family enjoyed our stay! We loved the pool and hot tub. There were pool floaties in the garage the kids were able to use. The kids enjoyed having the rec room upstairs to shoot pool against each other. The house was super clean and the beds and chairs/couch were so comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking as far as cookware and tableware. There were a few spices in the cabinet and coffee and tea but otherwise everything else will need to be bought (which is fine, it’s just nice to know before you hit the grocery). It was so great to have the laundry room available to keep up in towels and bring home clean laundry. Neil and Keely were so quick to answer any of our questions. Our only negative was just the bugs called no see’ums, which I fully acknowledge is not in the management’s control nor did it factor into any negative scoring. I only mention it here just so that if you stay, you know how to better avoid them or treat yourself if they get you, too, because it’s not mentioned in the property manual they leave in the house. We found that limiting our time outside on the patio in the evening and covering exposed skin helped to reduce the amount of bites as well as showering before bed and using an oral antihistamine (Zyrtec or the like) gave the biggest relief. We would definitely stay again if we vacation in the area again!

Our 2 week holiday at this beautiful home was everything we had expected. Check in frustration was our error, we're first time users of VRBO and the access code to enter was sent to my email address that we had no access to during the holiday, we had expected the code to be sent to my husband's email. It was our error. we'd definitely rent again. The fishing off the dock was the highlight for the men. We rented a boat as well and were able to access the canal and sight see.

We decided to spend our Christmas away from Michigan and treat ourselves with a vacation, and this house did not disappoint! We ended up getting quite the cold spell (which according to the locals was rare) but we still spent every evening in the heated pool and hot tub. The pool table and the bikes were a hit as well. We got to see dolphins in the canal, as well as a burrowing owl right in our deck area. The house definitely made the trip & our family of 8 all agreed we would 100% stay there again. Would highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and the canal location was fantastic. Communication with the property manager prior to arrival was great and we did not have any issues during our stay that required any follow up. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed fishing and playing pool in the loft area after long days at the beach! We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to booking again for future family vacations.
