Stayed Jan 28, 2026The house was OK definitely needed some attention. The carpet in the master bedroom downstairs is rolled up. My wife tripped in the middle of the night. The pots and pans are stained with grease and could not cook on them wasted money on food that I brought due to this no scrub pads or anything to clean the dishes with manually several spots in the flooring are separating and my grandson decided to run his finger on the tile edge in the master bathroom against the tub where the grout was missing and cut his finger. Ice in the door of the refrigerator is completely frozen and cannot get any ice out without pulling the tray out. The couch in the main living room, where the back rest attaches to the couch zipper is broken. It is listed as Mickey‘s mansion unfortunately, it is far from that. The upstairs bedroom to the left of the top of the staircase we could not find a remote for that TV at all.Also had to program the TV in the main living room to be able to use it overall was a place to sleep, but was not impressed.

Stayed Jan 3, 2026The house was wonderful and Claudia, the host, was very communicative. While the pool and jacuzzi weren’t heated initially, it was resolved after a few days. Beyond the starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper, I suggest bringing or planning to purchase basic essentials like salt & pepper, hand soap, tissues, etc. It was a nice getaway for our family.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house was exactly as described, and the kids loved it. The public waterpark area was super crowded as the day went on so the kids opted to stay at the house most of the time which was okay because the pool was enough for the five of them. Claudia was super quick to respond when I messaged, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to this area.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We had the most incredible stay at the villa. From the moment we booked, Claudia was ready to answer our questions and was speedy and helpful with all her communications. We were provided with clear instructions for check in and as we were arriving late, Claudia also gave us a 'back up' in case there were any issues getting access (which there was not).The villa is stunning. Extremely spacious which is great as we were two families of 4 (8 in total) and it was perfect to have our own bathrooms and room to spread out. All the rooms are perfectly decorated and there is everything you could need. The kids stayed in the 'Mickey' 'Star Wars' and 'Princess' rooms and the adults the primary suites. The beds were amazing and we referred to them as sleeping in our own clouds - just what you want after a long day at the parks!We did not need the pool heating as it was very warm during our stay but we opted to pay for the BBQ gas and were pleased we did. The pool and hot tub are a great size and were cleaned regularly during our stay. We also used the main pool and facilities which was great and was easy to find loungers.Claudia was great at helping us settle in and was kind enough to purchase a hairdryer (as the wall fitted ones were not cutting it for six girls to use). It was great having the tumble dryer and washing machine so we could do our laundry.We would absolutely stay here again. It was a fantastic find and a beautiful property.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025Property was clean, tidy and had excellent child protection features around pool and stairs. Only complaint was noisy neighbours for last two nights, late at night. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

The house was very clean and nicely set up with just about everything you would ever need. The pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of running around. The host was very quick in replying to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 16, 2025The property was exactly as described. It was well maintained and clean. The house had everything we needed and we loved it was a short walk to the clubhouse. The pools/waterslides were great! Kids loved the free arcade. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in the house and there was plenty of space. Loved that all the bedrooms had bathrooms attached. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
