Mexican Style Villa with Private Pool - Free Utilities

From the moment we walked in the front door to the moment we checked out this amazing place felt like home. Leaving was so difficult and we had tears! As is the case with all home, there were a couple things that came up on our 2 week stay but the host was incredibly receptive and everything was addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property for a larger family. Plenty of room and amenities. Absolutely outstanding for all of us who came. What a gem. We definitely plan on coming back!!

The Aloe Villa was beautiful! We loved the outdoor oasis w/pool and patio details. The Villa was big enough to accommodate 2 families of 5 people... everyone got their own room. Rent a car! We were close to a supermarket and 6-8 minutes from Divi and Eagle beach. We were centrally located on the island and drove to all the major places: Arikok National Park, Baby Beach, San Nicolas, California light house, and we just explored. My older Teen/Adult kids loved the pool area and backyard. I loved the fun Mexican vibe of the house and having a full kitchen. Had an issue with the hot water, pilot light was out, but it was fixed within hours of contacting Casiola. We felt safe in our neighborhood and would definitely stay again. One family!

This property was dated for the price point. It was clean for the surfaces that you would interact with inside. The outside soft seating was dirty and we needed a towel to sit on any of it. Mostly run down and falling apart. Hard tables were ok. Ac worked ok and the beds were clean. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable. All three rooms we used were some of the worst beds we have experienced at rentals. Just terrible. The outdoor shade was top notch which is one of the reason we booked. The location was ok. Not the best looking but road noise was minimal and we did not have any issues but kept everything locked. Frig and kitchen was good one and the supplies were basic and low end but worked. No instructions on how to use the tv and the hottub and we never got them working. Pool had lots of rust and did not look great but we used it and enjoyed it. Had trouble with ants but the rental service was promo with coming to spray no issues free. However you have to give up an afternoon or morning of your vacation to wait for the service. It was easy to check in and out and had no issues with the doors or using the safe. Washer was super rusted so use caution when reaching in. One shower was very moldy. Would not stay here again at the price point it needs too much updating.

The home was lovely and could accommodate our family’s needs. The backyard was a retreat! The communication was good and they answered all of the questions we had. We needed to reach out while staying there for a few things and they did respond quickly. However we didn’t get any resolution to the previous renters trash getting picked up and then ours was piling up. Also we ran out of gas the day before we left so we couldn’t use the oven and had cooler water for showers. We also couldn’t dry our clothes to travel home. We did contact them and they came out to see it but no one filled it out. Overall the property was very nice and they did try their best to resolve the issues we had.

We had a wonderful stay at the casita. It’s in a great location, close to both Oranjestad and the beaches. I would recommend renting a car to make getting around easier. The pool and outdoor spaces are beautiful. Our only issue was the hot water tank was broken for our first two days there and we didn’t have hot water. Once we notified the company, the problem was resolved as quickly as possible given it was over the weekend and New Year’s Eve, and a new water heater was installed. With little kids, the house was amazing and the washer and dryer were amazing to have!

Property was comfortable for our family vacation. When the dishwasher wasn't working, it was repaired very promptly. The separate apartment is very small, but adequate for extra sleeping space.

Beautiful villa and close to everything! Loved havjng our own backyard space and pool! Definitely would stay here again

We loved the property. It was a great oasis in a tropical setting. We would definitely return in the future.

The place was beautiful. Great location! They had chairs, umbrella and cooler. Perfect for everything you need for the beach. Enough towels for beach and showers. The dryer wasn't working so well. But we hung the stuff outside. Everything you need to cook, but bring your own spices. We loved our stay. I plan on coming back!
