Stayed Nov 13, 2020This was not the house I paid for, it was suppose to be an upgraded property, becausethe one I reservedwas damaged. However, it did not have a pool table, a movie theater, or heated pool like I thought I paid for. I spent two hours on Friday on the phone, five hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday trying to get the jacuzzi/hot tub to work and pool heat. I got the run around the entire weekend. This was the worse experience I have ever had, I was told by Cristin from Sweethome that they could not refund any money even though this whole mix up was their fault and I will never book anything through Sweethome again and I'm starting to rethink using vrbo as well if this is the treatment I get. I am a Travel Agent & United States Veteran so I will be letting everyone I know about this experience through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and word of mouth.

Stayed Aug 9, 2019I want to start by saying i have rented several houses for family get together and never had negative about any. This house was very spacious but roach infested to they were roach traps everywhere . roaches and insect were crawling in the beds. i woke up with several bites on my back and legs. My nephew woke up crying at 4 am to find 2 roaches in bed and another woke up to another insect in the bed not sure what it was we had to wash all the sheets in the house due to the bites at night . We also had a dead roach the next morning on the cheese pack that was in fridge. we arrive Friday everyone staggered in between 6 pm and 10 pm . Pool was dirty with hair balls and cloudy looking green pool . i put a request in no one showed up until 5 pm on Saturday . they said we could get in pool by 7pm but chlorine was to strong and Sunday chlorine continued to be strong we could only tolerate a little while so we went to clubhouse . Property management was not very helpful she said pool gets cleaned 1 time a week and Saturday was the scheduled day no way was that pool cleaned and that i had to wait until they showed up . Pest control was sent out to spray but did not help of course while we only had a 3 night stay which everyone decided to leave on Sunday evening because of the roaches so 3 night stay ended up 2 night stay. Walls ,baseboard and ceiling fans were so dirty . i wish i could upload the pictures . This place needs alot of TLC . the clubhouse honestly was the best part. Im upset that we were so excited to spend 3 days before school starts in this house but we left and very disappointed . I have been trying to talk to someone other than property management who was not very helpful or understanding to what was going on . She ask me what was she supposed to do. Really ? This really could be a great house but they need to up there game . there was a few other issues but those were the main ones that made us leave before check out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property could use some upgrades. It's okay if you're looking for just the basics but it could be much better if they paid more attention to it. You could do better than this property.
