Very good accommodation, for our family of 13 , pool excellent totally used by all of us.

Our 11 persons group spent two weeks in April at the Vil-la Mediterraneo and enjoyed every minute! The villa is well-kept, has a big swimming pool and beautiful plus well kept garden. Our landlords were always, easily and fast available and very, very helpful. We got information of tourist attractions from them, suggestions for good restaurants and also for easy parking slots for our van and other car plus lots of other important information that helped us a lot. Our group has made more than ten similar two-weeks trips to various European countries and, based on that experience, we now found the best landlords ever! The most wonderful family holiday for 13 people from 10 months old to 70. Villa, gardens and pool were the best we have ever had. Sebastian & Maria were very good hosts who never stopped working but were not at all intrusive. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday. If you are driving to this villa from elsewhere in Europe and can judge your arrival time then this is a great villa to stay. However if you are flying into Barcelona or Girona and the only flights available are evening ones, then you need to clarify access arrangements with the owners. We arrived in Barcelona from the UK late after a delayed flight and arrived at the villa in the early hours. There were no access instructions on the HomeAway site for late arriving guests and we clearly upset the owners by arriving at 1am as they had to get up for work the following day. This did spoil the start of our holiday as communication was then sparse and we were left feeling in the wrong. There needs to be a way of getting into the villa at all times for guests and this needs to be published and sent to guests with all the other instructions. The villa itself is beautiful and immaculate. The grounds are large and there are plenty of places to eat outside. The pool is large and a great addition to the villa and it was enjoyed by our party of all ages. Blanes is a good 40 minute walk from the villa and not the most scenic of routes, but the seafront has lots to do and plenty of nice restaurants. Our 19 year olds went for a night out and enjoyed the clubs. We walked to the Botanical Gardens and the views from the top were beautiful. We drove to Girona (well worth it) and took the train into Barcelona (long and crowded) and the villa is certainly well positioned to do lots of activities and to take day trips out. There are also many supermarkets in Blanes all of which are open til 10pm and are well stocked. We cooked mostly and used the outdoor BBQ which was great. The oven was good too but needs more shelves as we struggled to cook pizzas for the kids. All in all we had a lovely week. The owners popped by a couple of times later in the week and were very pleasant but due to our rocky start we ended up figuring a lot of things out when we could have just asked as they didn't come and welcome us the day after our arrival.

If you are looking for a villa, You won't find better.

The house is clean and nicely furnished. Places to eat both outdoors in the shadow and indoors. Nice poolarea and a large garden with shadow under the trees and also another area for ball games wich was really good for the kids. The area i beatiful and its poosible to take walks in the Woods and up the hills. By car its Close to different beaches, some very beatiful, and to the very nice city of Blanes. The house could do with some more kithcenware, for example more glasses and Bowls etc, there´s enough for 14 but not any extra. Theres a dishwasher which is good. The owners are very nice and easy to contact! We certainly recommend this house, especially for groups of families!

We stayed for a week at the start of the summer and this was one of the most relaxing holidays I've ever had - thanks in large part to the house we stayed in. It's away from the crowds and is set in beautiful rolling countryside, surrounded by fields. It'a a short drive to the beach in Blanes, and close to other Costa Brava beaches. The absolute highlight was taking a private balloon ride for the two of us that was organised by the owner. Well worth the cost!!! And if you are looking for an inexpensive restaurant, I'd definitely recommend La Cala Restaurant in Blanes, the food was delicious and we went there four times!!

A holiday beyond our expectations, a really fantastic villa, clean and spacious, situated in quiet area in Blanes Costa Brava. Writing this review, we just want to go back to Can Sebas as soon as possible.

We have had fantastic time at Can Sebas, the best property We have ever stayed in. There's plenty of books, sky tv, well equipped kitchen. The fantastic dinning terrace, the garden and pool area were a great part of our holiday. We had a food welcome pack for us, wich a lovely detail, the local information book was amazing, and really helped us find out all We needed to know. We will booking for next year. Laura and family

We have just had the best stay ever on the Costa Brava, in what we think was the most amazing villa, very well equiped, the attention and detail that the owner had added to this property was evident everywhere. Spotlessly clean interior, and a tropical garden. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood, within easy walking distance from the beautiful village of Blanes, and a reasonable 5 minute drive to picturesque coves. The welcome food pack were the best we have ever had. There was also a very comprehensive guide of the area, which we used everyday. Hope to visit again in the future. Nathan, Marketta, Erik & Karee
