Stayed Jun 29, 2025Stay was ok. Neighborhood was nice. House is dated but spacious. Pool nice but needed cleaning.House was not thoroughly cleaned. 2 roaches one dead in kitchen one alive in bedroom.Pool had to be cleaned about 3rd day in.Many areas had to be wiped down especially tables. End of stay we were charged for soiled towels which were already soiled. We were charged for taking towels which was ridiculous. Charged for taking a pillow case, again ridiculous.Owner had good comms pre check in, but since leaving and telling them we did not take anything from that house its been crickets.Overall would not stay here again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The property was not the cleanest bed had ants in it which management failed to rectify tvs not working Had to leave property half way through stay when infestation got worse Management are refusing 50% refund for the nights we did not stay in the house I would not recommend this property or management company

Stayed Mar 18, 2024We had no natural gas to cook with at the end of our stay. and the front door lock did not work, we came and went through the garage, Air Conditioning set to high for Fl. We enjoyed the area, but the house needs some work.
