Mediterranean retreat!!

Never was told it was not infront of the beach..you have to drive 20 km or more to see some beach

We had a great time staying at this property! The lot is huge and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The two rooms provided are very spacious and comfortable. While access to the main kitchen and living room isn’t available, there’s still lots of common space—the larger room has a table, and the gazebo area offers tons of comfortable seating with a huge table.The groundskeeper was super friendly and attentive. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning and ready for us to enjoy. We also loved picking fresh mangos from the trees and spotting iguanas and garrobos nearby—it really added to the tropical vibe!The outdoor kitchen setup with coal, plus a microwave and fridge, was perfect for our needs. There were a few ants outside, but nothing inside and it didn’t bother us at all—just part of being in nature.Another plus: it’s only a 10–15 minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back!

Pros:Loved the outdoor pool area.Perfect for big gatherings . We hosted a wedding with about 50 people no problem. Outdoor kitchen, seating area and pool are very nice.Very kid friendly.Cons:Did not love the house itself.Cooking area at the house-didnt even use needs replaced.Bathrooms-toilet, had to flush several times to work and the shower little water pressure. No hot water. Went 1 day with no water at all for shower.Beds-not very comfortable.If your looking to be close to the beach Its actually about 20 minutes to get there.Overall. If your an outdoors person and want to hang out at the pool area this is for you. If you want an indoor place to hang out, cook etc.. you should probably find another place.

Excellent rural location, away from the hustle an bustle of the city. You feel very safe, and it's very quiet. Just what we were looking for. The property manager was very attentive and responsive to all our needs.

Very clean, very organized everything what I expected

Host communication was great and efficient. The check in process was very smooth and easy. The landscaping person that was in charge was helpful and very nice. We had gotten there right after the storm which blew a lot of dirt and leaves into the pool and surrounding areas, we communicated with our host and they were on it within the hour. We truly cannot rave enough about this place. We will definitely come back in the future!
