Stayed May 10, 2023This property was wonderful… Everything you need in a wonderfully beautiful location. The facility and unit was absolutely perfect. There were a few minor issues which the property manager took care of immediately. I would highly recommend staying at this resort at these units 100% especially if you want to just relax and enjoy your vacation. Amazingly easy… You just arrive and have no worries whatsoever.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023We rented two side by side units as there were 10 of us and it worked out great! It was expensive (I guess everything is) but we were very pleased with the grounds and the units were even nicer than they appeared in the photo's. Quality was very good (other than frying pans) Anytime we had questions they were immediately taken care of including getting a little later check out in one of the units. We were very happy.

Stayed Nov 18, 2022The villas were outstanding accommodations with attentive service. Our unit had the benefit of facing the property’s water fall and was twenty steps to the quiet pool. So lovely! Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the hotel amenities that come with the rental and found it was truly the best of both worlds (pools, restaurant, shuttle, towels for beach and pool and assistance) of the resort while having our own private stay. (Or at least semi-private, as you will hear your neighbors up or down stairs or across the way; but nobody seems to mind). My only notes are for the kitchen: I was surprised the kitchen was not better stocked. Every rental I’ve ever rented on VRBO has supplied the basics: sugar, honey, a few spices, Saran Wrap, foil, plastic bags; this one did not. Also, it was sparsely stocked on kitchenware. The indoor and outdoor kitchens are so beautiful and such a selling point, that stocking them more throughly would be well worth the effort. That said, as soon as I reached out, the staff graciously addressed the lack of pots and pans with zero delay; I was very impressed. And the stay was still an extraordinary one. I would definitely return.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022The property is beautiful but the cleanliness was poor. Kitchen floor was very dirty / rugs in bedrooms also dirty . Sink drain was plugged. / some bathroom doors did not lock. The cookware was so poor that the bottom of pans were lifting. Could not use. When I asked for pans I was sent pans that didn’t work on the induction stove.

Stayed Nov 21, 2021When we travel we love to have a hybrid condo/hotel atmosphere. Finding a place with two next door ground floor 3 bedroom units was huge for us! It’s great to have the pool just steps outside our room, but having the ability to enjoy the larger hotel pool with services and slide for the kids was great! Beach access was super easy. The restaurant and little cafe were great for breakfasts and lunches. Because of the size of our group we ate most dinners in. The rooms and grounds are really well maintained and the property managers were easily reached when we had questions. Lovely stay!
