Stayed Dec 28, 2023We had many issues getting ahold of host. Phone number goes to a voicemail in a foreign language and was never returned. Vrbo even tried to call and speak with host on multiple occasions and even the hotel. Had it not been for the amazing managers at the marriot im not sure our vacation would have happened. At check in..our names were still not attached to the villa. The host said that we may have to switch rooms during our stay because hotel was overbooked? The villa we were initially put in was the end of someone elses rental and because they had 2 days left the room was not cleaned. I have pictures of baby bottles and dirty diapers that we walked into and fridge of food that wasnt ours. Thankfully the managers at the Marriot were gracious enough to find us a CLEAN room until they could get ahold of our host. This was by far the most stressful vrbo rental I have ever had. Renters beware!

Stayed Dec 25, 2023Cant beat tbe location and the unit had everything we needed for our family. Host was very responsive and even gave us an upgrade! Would def go back.
