Marriott's Crystal Shores, Marco Island (3 Bedroom)

This is a beautiful property and the owner was was so easy to work with. The check in process was a breeze!

I booked two nights to plan for a small sleepover party for my daughter's birthday and had brought decorations and snack trays and were forced to move into a different room the second night. It was really disruptive because we had to re-pack all the decorations and bags when we were supposed to be at the cabanas celebrating. The resort staff were amazing and super helpful - they did everything they could do to help us, but finding out I was going to have change rooms.

great location, perfect for large family

The condo itself was lacking! The bedding was skimpy, and there were no extra blankets provided. The bed pillows were such poor quality too. Also very poor quality was the condo towels both in size and texture, and the pool towels. We were extremely disappointed by these!The appliances were all low quality. We expected better for what we were paying!As far as the management of these condos? Everyone got a text in the morning each day telling us their “rules” about not leaving personal belongings on pool chairs to “save” them, and yet this was EXACTLY what happened every single day! We were never able to get a pool chair even though 50-60% were empty, just holding people’s belongings! Our room was overlooking the pools, and we personally witnessed people going out early every morning to put towels, etc onto the chairs and then leave. According to the condo rules this is not allowed, yet nothing prevented it. We will not be staying here again. We visit Marco Island every year, there’s many other places to stay.

We originally booked a three bedroom villa. Shortly before our vacation that villa became unavailable and we were refunded some money. However upon arrival and check in, we were notified that there was another change to our stay and that 2 of the nights we would be in one room and by 10:00 on the third day we had to be packed up to relocate to another room for the remainder of our stay. As stressful as traveling is, we were ok with the first switch as we were notified and refunded a bit for that inconvenience a few days ahead of traveling. It was upsetting and there was no compensation for relocating mid vacation. We have rented through VRBO FOR 15 years and have never had issues.

Marriott Crystal Shores is by far the best property on island. Everything was exceptional and host was fast to reply with the one question we asked. A terrific vacation.

The property was clean, roomy and comfortable for our stay. There is plenty to enjoy at the Marriott Crystal Shores if you didn’t want to leave. The pools are very nice and warm enough to swim outside at night in March. The staff there was very helpful and I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for something for all ages.

Wow, three beds, three baths, clean clean clean! Everything you needs is in walking distance, serenity pool is a great idea if you want to truly relax. Plenty of poolside seating, access to the beach was super easy. We will be back!
