Stayed Oct 19, 2022Prior to booking this property, please make sure that your read the fine print. This is nonrefundable, and the property manager is unwilling to assist - even when the property is under repair after IAN the hurricane. The property sustained damage, drywall repair, water damage, and wind damage throughout. The hallways and hotel were under constant repair while we were there, machinery was loud and started prior to 6:45am EST and they were playing music loudly with little care. Please make sure you understand what you are getting into - nonrefundable means and what that means to the rental manager - I can't and will not refund or move your dates - per Sho Silkes the property manager.

Stayed Dec 5, 2019Our unit did not get daily housekeeping as other units. We were told we can only get it if we were there 7+ days. This was not the case for others in our group staying in different groups. This was not known until day 3 of our 4 day stay and only after I called the front desk. :-( Other this, the stay was wonderful.

Stayed Aug 5, 2019We’ve been to this resort a few years ago before the new expansion. We enjoyed it then, but this new expansion with new lobby, facilities, and more have really added the WOW factor. We had.a great stay!
