The Space:

Welcome to 7132 Harbourside II, a beautifully located first-floor villa (one level up from parking) in the heart of Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. With elevator and stair access, this single-story condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—ideal for families, friends, golf getaways, or anyone who wants to park the car and enjoy vacation without driving.



Step out onto the spacious private balcony, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing. Overlooking the iconic Mermaid Statue, the balcony sits just above the marina’s shops and restaurants, making it easy to stroll below for waterfront dining, live music, and sunset walks. A handy balcony closet is stocked with beach gear and beach towels for guest use.

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes a full set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and dishtowels. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware, salt & pepper, foil and ziploc bags. Beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels will be included, as well!

Home located in the beautiful Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Easy bike ride or drive to the beach. Hilton Head has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally. The Breeze Trolley runs seasonally as well and takes you across the island.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
