Make your vacation become a really dream come true!!!!

One word sums it up… DIRTY! The floors were gross, chocolate caramel candy pieces were on carpet in bedroom, looked like balloon pieces were not picked up off the shag rug in bedroom. Dishes were disgusting, the dishwasher doesn’t clean very well. I contacted the management, she contacted the cleaning person and she said it was in pristine condition. The kitchen stove had splatters all down the door. Photos were sent to the management company, hopefully the next person’s renting it will be clean. A gate key is suggested when checking in, just so you are aware it’s $20. The pool at the club house was nice and tiki bar drinks were okay. The beds were so hard and really uncomfortable. Location area is great easy to find grocery stores and restaurants. Disney parks are close too. I hope your experience is better than ours was.

I raised issues with the property manager the pool area needed cleaned pool light not working grill at bottom of pool loose. Soiled lampshade in living room dirty pots garage floor hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival. emailed the owners via Lascane group only to get a abusive reply which upset me greatly I was for leaving it was that bad.After replying to him I received another correspondence from him it definitely impacted our family holiday I only replied to his last email at the airport on my way home.Would I recommend this villa I probably would have if the issues had of been addressed and no abusive emails but after the owners emails definitely not. It does state in the visitors book to report any issues obviously you don’t when staying at this Vila. I will be making a formal complaint to VRBO!

This was a better option than a hotel for sure. I would do it again on my next trip but hope the pool heater is working.

One of the best equipped properties that we have rented over the last 8 years. Love the feeling of security at Terre Verde. A great place to stay, only sorry we had to cut it 11 days short because of COVID-19

Amazing!

The AC in this unit was horrible. The temp was always warm and we were told via a note that the ac needs to be kept between 75 and 80. The unit probably needs replaced. there was also mold under one of the closets from the ac unit and my daughter was sick when we stayed. There were cigarette butts all over the driveway and lawn that I had to pick up. The beds are also really hard and low to the ground (no box springs so basically a mattress on pallets) but other than that it was clean nicely decorated.

House was great. Good quality furnishings, towels, kitchen items. Easy entrance to property with keycard or car tag. Great resort amenities with heated pool, sports activities. Easy check out procedure.

I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying at your property again.
